Who says? If a federal agent is charged with a state crime...he will be prosecuted in a state court..

The crowd was definitely unruly, and they booed at him a lot. And yes, they threw bottles at him. And there was even a little pushing and shoving on occasion. But he left after he was teargassed.

And, no, he wasn't in control. He wasn't bodyslamming people left and right, and pounding the crowd into submission, as you imagine in your fever-dreams of Trump in spandex at some WWE event. And that's okay.

The land the militiafools were hollering about was federal land...the street in Portland nor the sidewalk there are federal land...the only federal thing there was a building and those agents weren't protecting it.

The person that was snatched off the street was not charged with any crime or even accused of a crime...can you elaborate for us what crime he committed?
