I'm going to go explain how to drive to a 2 year old, how to view quantum physics to a 4 year old, how to deal with romantic triangles to a 6 year old, and then I'm going to waste time explaining how Putin propaganda - at least a sentence or two how - works to you.
Putin propaganda isn't about 'the message', convincing people to believe something specific. It's about affecting voters in ways that Putin wants. Which primarily means suppressing the votes against trump, such as convincing black voters of bad things about the Democratic nominee, to get them to not want to bother voting, creating division in the party.
So, for example, if Bloomberg were the nominee, you might see Putin putting out a huge campaign telling Democrats how Bloomberg is a bigot, criticizing his wealth trying to 'buy the election', to discourage turnout for him, hyping the party divisions.
If Bernie is the nominee, you might see Putin's campaign hyping the 'socialist' attack on Bernie, trying to discourage the Democrats who don't like Bernie over that, hyping the party divisions.
That's how it works, not actual arguments about the issues meant to persuade people rationally. Anything to divide and suppress, to stoke divisions - "divide and conquer". By the way, you quoted the phrase "just the billionaires". It's a lie to imply you are quoting Bernie - admit that it's YOUR straw man lie, not what Bernie says.
