I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration

There would not have been a senior member of the Obama Administration that felt such a way. They would not have been a senior member of the Bush Administration that felt such a way. The same is true with any president in the last century. After all, even Richard Nixon was competent.

I don't know what Trump has to do for this cult like allegiance some folks have to him to break.

With the book "FEAR" coming out on next Tuesday and today's OP-ED coming out of the New York Times is shocking both the right and the left. I will remember the "two track presidency" as the key movement within the Trump Administration.

OK, sometimes I turn on Fox at 5PM just to see what they say when explosive news stories like these are being talked about. Tucker Carlson mentioned "they think" they know the identity of the underground resistance writer but until they confirm the identity, they won't be letting out their name until then.

In the first place, whistleblowers are protected by law. There is no need for undergrounds. And not sourced? Excuse me while I laugh.

No, that tells you the source is a coward. However, you are a fool if you think that a news organization would publish an op/ed like that one that they did not know for a fact was written by a senior administration official. Moreover, one only has to look at Trump's own actions and statements, that he makes on a daily basis, to know that he is morally, mentally, and intellectually unfit for office. Every policy you like that you have gotten since he took office, is because of his cabinet, not Trump.

However, as I said in an earlier post, this is entirely and completely WRONG. We see lots of talk about a Constitutional Crisis brewing over a Mueller Subpoena to Trump. We already have a crisis of our Constitutional Republic brewing and its inside the front door of the WH. This is nuts and whomever is the author of this piece is nuts just as Donald himself is nuts. Where do these people that Trump brought to the WH and the Administration come from....MARS???? Hires the best people my butt end.

There cannot be a two-track Presidency. We have lots of evidence that there is one. But it simply cannot be. Republicans are going to have no interest in fleshing this out just as Trump has no real interest in fleshing this out. The Dems need to take control of the House. They need to bring back real Congressional Hearings and every damn one of these nutbags need to be hauled before Congress under Subpoena and this needs to be completely wrung out just as Trump's abuses of power in the WH need to be wrung out and just as the entire Russia thing needs to be wrung out.

I have never respected Trump the person, but I respected Hillary less.
I did not vote for Trump for the reason I stated. Plus, I did not need to since I live in a blue state.
I do not need to respect a president though to say I am more politically aligned with what they promise than their opponent.
I thought and still think Hillary has bad character and she was just an extension of Obama, nothing fresh, but more of the same.
One of them, Trump or Hillary, had to win and it makes me pleased that I got what I believe is the better choice.
Of course I respect my country and the Constitution. I think that shows in my posts that I will NOT join in with the lynch/impeach him mob. I respect the office of the presidency. It's clear his haters do not....This president, whether one hates him or loves him, is a duly elected president, and nothing makes me believe he is running the country in the ground. If you don't like him, hate him, find someone who can beat him. Hell, 17 Republicans couldn't even manage to do that in the primaries... There is a reason Trump was elected. Look at the way congress fights with one another over such sad partisan petty ****. Pathetic that so many haven't figured that our gov. is in need of an overhaul. Term limits would be a good start... Mueller is not withholding evidence. I thought you knew law? He has not completed his investigation yet so therefore it would be inproper to release details. It's SOP for any investigation.

Even my dog knows Trump has obstructed justice for one thing and lied repeatedly about things. Just because he hasn't been charged yet doesn't mean he hasn't committed crimes.

If you weren't so busy telling everyone what they are, you'd know that there are many classical liberals who would like nothing more than to have the DP forum come up with a new lean for us.
