My October trip starts with the Enchanted Circle ️ (taught the kids the ZIA); Grand Canyon and paying homage to Sen. McCain in Sedona; Wasatch back roads in Utah across to Flaming Gorge; Colorado;

On the way home, Northwest Nebraska has cool land features; entering southwest South Dakota and all that awesome ness of the Black Hills and Mount Rushmore; cheaper corn seed, ammonia plant in Iowa; ETC ETC

Used to write those checks too when I was a Democrat. What spun me totally around was important books and much study.

1. A time for Truth by William E. Simon. I actually read his book thinking he would trash Nixon and l I loved to trash then President Nixon.
2. All of Thomas Paine's vital and important books really spun me even more.
3. I took an interest in the words of the Constitution and diligently studied those words. I found out I was wrong as a Democrat.

Simon's excellent book is a winner and belongs in each high school and taught as part of government.

I was a lifetime Democrat until 2004... I didn't go to the right either. I went with the Constitutional rule of law.
The Democratic Party left me. I finally realized they were full of ****. The Republicans are no better. This country needs help. I don't know where it's going, but I am thinking Trump is the catalyst for the change that will be coming.

Fast and Furious, spying on conservative journalists, sicking the IRS on conservatives, knows more than his generals, has no red line when it's all said and done, expanded the growth of ISIS in the M/E by pulling out too soon, alienating decades of racial harmony by sticking his divisive nose in local community's affairs. Tax, regulate, and tax some more, and adding trillions upon trillions in debt... yeah, gee, he was just swell.

And funny everyone I know on Obamacare kept their doctor. As hard I tried I could not find otherwise. I wonder why that was?

Actually Whistleblowers are not always protected by the law. Sure officially they are but being a whistleblower in this country is not a position you want to be in. A friend had the opportunity to be one and passed it up. He would have lost everything. It wasn't worth it.

I couldn't keep my doctor or my plan, and had to pay three times more.

Funny you mention Old Outlaw Abe Lincoln. The man who invaded the South and had he not, the lives of 630,000 Americans would have been spared. I do not admire any president that invades part of this place and gets so many killed. And no, he did not invade to save slaves. And the men who were in combat did not care about slaves.

After reading excellent reports on that man and his era, where many begged him not to invade, I lost my taste for old Abe.

I took two business law courses in college. Also took real estate law as a full year course. I took appraisal law. I took Mortgage law.

My deal is not who took the most. But who got the most out of their courses. Also I studied tax law in college. By the way, top grades in all.

I do not lie. And I never claimed to take all law courses that lawyers take and pass. A man now a lawyer worked for me prior to him getting his law degree.

Anybody that got into his inner circle from the beginning I have no respect for. To me it was so obvious Trump has no scruples and on top of that really isn't terribly bright. He has no business being int he Whitehouse. He doesn't have the intellectual capacity among other things.
