Otherwise, the 30 Conservative States will SECCEDE.

He would demand states rights where states can make their own laws... especially wisdom tests for voters...

1. What does states rights have to do with white men? I mean, some states it might but other states would opt for policies even friendlier/softer for things like immigration and such.

2. How do you use power/force to improve states rights? That's the opposite of how it would be done. It would be not/abstaining from using the military, law enforcement, ect. that would get the job done of returning power to the states.
