What are women marching about? [W:182]

Re: What are women marching about?

So they can pass their male-hating, feminazi rhetoric on to a younger generation.

LOL! How unsurprising that you'd have to pretend that represents 'male-hating' and 'feminazi' rhetoric.

You gonna be OK?

Re: What are women marching about?

Reminds me of the line in "DC Cab", either the Mr. T or Gary Busey character was confused by a women's protest, the line was something like, " why are they mad? They have half the money and all the *****..."

:lamo

Sorry....

Re: What are women marching about?

Ugh. Candance Owens is a dishonest fraud, with everything she had to do with Social Autopsy. I don't care what she has to say about anything.

Re: What are women marching about?

Issues important to Women and there are several subgroups focused on separate issues. Why is that a problem?

Hmm... if whites were marching in several subgroups focused on separate issues (perhaps united to benefit whites) would that be no problem?

Re: What are women marching about?

Because when right wingers want to form an opinion, they listen to someone who admits they have no idea what the issue even is

How dare anyone question those claiming to be victims of oppression and demanding change?

Re: What are women marching about?

So we have a thread where a bunch of white men willfully can't understand what issues a group they don't belong to may be marching about. We've seen this movie before.

Right, her argument that the Women's March is pointless is based on her claim to not understanding its point.

Women have just as much right to be clueless as men do.

We know what they're marching about and it's ridiculous.... So have you been a racist all your life?

Yeah, posting a YouTube video of a rightwinger who doesnt know what the march is about sure shows how rightwingers know what the march is about

No. I started being racist when people started being orange.

Wow... That video really did go right over your head, didn't it?

No, but the point of the march sure went over the heads of a lot of rightwingers, as your thread demonstrates

Re: What are women marching about?

That is the question Candice Owens has...

Fish elsewhere....

(Let me guess: a double lmao on me?)

You have to laugh at these nonconformists all wearing the same pink hat, and assembling en masse because there's a Republican in office again.

That's a really stupid assessment.

Mansplaining anyone?

Re: What are women marching about?

I view the women's marches and such as ultimately a reaction to Trump.

The sexist video reveal during the campaign offended many women very badly, but didn't cost him the election.

His relationships with his wives offends some women, who often judge celebrities by their spouses. I don't get it myself, it's seems like such an obvious love connection, right?

Everything that has followed is (arguably misdirected) Trump rage. They can't get him directly, so they'll get everyone else they can.

Consider many/most of the celebrity sex scandals were fairly widely known by insiders for a long time prior to the election, yet suddenly it became urgent that they all be exposed now, and as many examples be made as possible.

Possibly they thought they had made more progress, maybe they just hate Trump that much, maybe they really wanted a female president.

No doubt some are opportunists.

Who do you think they are mad at? They are mad at the voters of this country for not caring about an alleged rapist with decades of sexual harrassment allegations and his own verbal statements confirming that he at very least pushes himself on women by forcefully kissing them and grabbing their genitals who made it through a campaign where he routinely insulted women for their looks and for aging, said women who get abortions should be punished, and said creepy things about this daughter AND WON over one of the most qualified (on paper) candidates in our history as far as a record of services goes. Obviously, Clinton had a crap ton of negatives, too, but the amount of negatives people were willing to overlook on Trump is still just astounding.
