[W:153] Trump assaults Congressman Elijah Cummings, says his district is 'infested'

Why the hold up hay? I'd be pissed at your own leaders if I were you.

These things take time. Show some patience.

Or not. I really do not care what you do.

Where did I say that? Please quote the post and reproduce it.

Oh no, don't get me wrong you never SPECIFICALLY said that...but one can absolutely reasonably deduce that's what you want.

You want all votes to matter, fair enough, when brought to you the easily solution of reducing state's EC votes to 1, you go, oh no no no no, that's not what I meant, I meant, popular vote etc, hence to you, state's rights, borders, etc, do not matter in a federal election.

Of course that runs absolutely contrary to what the Founding Fathers set up......but you, as a teacher of government for 30 years, would know this already, right?

While you are predicting the future, you you please put up next weeks winning Power Ball numbers just so we know you have credibility?

So that is settled.

Kindly confine yourself to what I have actually said.

LOL No, I can confine myself to what you mean as well...

Because if you were the one to only confine yourself to what other people SAY, you would be a huge hypocrite now wouldn't you?

Simply produce what I have said and I will be glad to speak to it.

You have lots of time to be selective as I leave in a few moments for Canada and will not return until late on Saturday. But I eagerly await your posts.

Select wisely.

Again, not what I said is it,

Let's try again, if you practiced what you preached, you would be one of the biggest hypocrite's out there, you do not hold other people to the same account you want yourself to be held to, do you?

Interesting, isn't it?
We see evidence that we have some cleaning up to do in our cities, but we are more interested in making it a racial or partisan issue rather than doing something about the actual problem.

Your subprime post is from 2014. How is Trump responsible for Federal Policy in 2014? Hmm, who was president in 2014? He must have been a terrible racist.

The study was of the year 2006. Who was president then? But that doesn't matter. Lending institution discriminate against minorities regardless of what party is "in power". Racism is rooted in our culture.

So you're just going to claim that I'm trolling, or asking you to prove a negative. Then do nothing but tuck tail and run?

Great, I should be used to that kind of reaction when I ask for any kind of proof at this point.

You make exactly no sense. May your god bless you because I'm done with your dumb ass.

And may you keep running from responsibility, as is apparently the norm for you at this point.

We see you're walking away with a new limp.

And this one comes after just another recent walk away limp.

Maybe you might consider changing your game. Unless you like limping of course.

You do seem to like it. It's what keeps happening yet you come back for more each time.

I was wondering what statement of mine you would reproduce. And you came up with nothing.

:lamo One of the first runners I ever chased off.

Good to see that you're still around at the very least. Where would I be without your comic relief.

Under a popular vote system, it does not matter where the vote is cast as every vote is equal and every vote potentially is the winning margin of victory. Under the present electoral system, only eleven states are theoretically necessary to win and all the others are rendered potentially irrelevant.

That is a very intellectually dishonest statement and you know it. Voters in every region have different wants and needs. Those wants and needs would not be addressed in a popular vote system where the candidates would simply campaign in the most densely populated areas of the country. The presidential candidates would not feel the need to appeal to the for instance the farming community in states like Kansas and Nebraska , steel jobs in Pennsylvania, coal miners and other blue collar labor in those blue firewall states, etc. You want to turn over two centuries of constitutional law on it's head simply because you are massively butthurt over the 2000 and 2016 elections. As a "claimed" former professor of US Government at a university, you must know that the electoral college was a condition of the 13 colonies ratifying the US Constitution. And it would take a constitutional amendment to abolish it that is never likely to happen. States are simply not going to give up that much power. So why don't you just settle down and work with the system as it is? Stop bawling over previous elections and start working towards coming elections. I absolutely despised Bill Clinton and Barack Obama becoming president, however they campaigned under the existing system and won, just as GWB and Trump did.

Excellently as they were right on the money. It was the travesty of the Electoral College that did not work as it was suppose to.

You are still in your own head ignoring the state by state polls. Your insistence of talking only about the national polls is the equivalent of putting your hands over your ears and shouting: "Lalalalalalalala I can't here you" when confronted with the polls that matter. Once more time. We elect presidents by way of the electoral college. Pollsters and pundits predict the winner based on those state by state polls. If you actually watch election night coverag3e, you would know that. The pollsters blew it on the state by state polls. The results bare that out and the pollsters themselves admit that they blew it and they explained how? How many times do you have to hear that before it sinks in? Your pathetic "But but but the national polls" is just a desperate dodge.

That is a very intellectually dishonest statement and you know it.

NO - it is entirely factual that all votes would count in every precinct and potentially could be the deciding vote.

Get a clue - right now under the Electoral College there are wide areas of the USA that are virtually ignored by both major party candidates in the campaign who never go there.

And get another clue - it is not the 1700's any longer. We have moved on as a nation and as a people.

No, they will not.

Every voter in every precinct in every community in America will have one vote and that one vote is weighed equally and just as much power as every vote in every other community.
