The post I took issue with (not yours) was offensive and crass. I believe it was over the top and even out of bounds for DP... but that is the mod's business. You jumped into my calling the guy out. Pick your battles wisely. I don't think you really want to come to his defense.

That was responding to a particularly racially charged remark. That is as "jerky" as I got. But, my statement was a global statement. Trump has created a safe-harbor for racists. Frankly, its a big concern of mine (and most people).

What are we to do with folks who insist that the rules must be followed by US to the letter, that WE must all be on Church Behavior 24/7 OR ELSE!....but who make it very clear that the rules dont apply to THEM if they should happen to be suffering from emotional problems on any given day or simply dont feel like it (Clinton Corp)?

I think there should be a system of racism points. +10 if you're white and laugh at Chris Rock's jokes about the difference between black people and niggers; -10 points if you laugh too hard at it.

Seriously, Trump has the best brain, the best memory, is least racist, is ... whatever other superlatives he's attatched to himself over the last couple of years, and Christ, these morons just gobble it up. How can Trump be the best at everything and still be a guy who bankrupted casinos, got busted swindling people with a BS real estate scam and has a reputation for stiffing everyone he's ever done business with?

Oh, don't get me wrong, it's great theater. Hell, I don't know what's more entertaining -- watching Trump just trip over his own dick every chance he gets, or his supporters twist themselves into pretzels trying to defend it. However, I guess I've just grown to expect a certain level of decorum from Presidents of the United States of America, and Trump falls woefully short in that regard.
