Trump approval rating at all-time high

Facts? What facts?? Didn't read the article from the PEOPLE of CHINA did you?? You don't have a lot of credibility when it comes to Trump as your hatred has blinded you to reality and you are incapable of supporting anything he does. You want badly to believe anything negative so apparently you aren't in the 60% that support his actions and instead are part of the 39-40% who would never support anything he does. It truly is a shame they don't teach civics in Colorado

Um, Trump denied for how long that this was an issue? The person who is lacking credibility here is you. Your desperation is showing

Um, Trump denied for how long that this was an issue? The person who is lacking credibility here is you. Your desperation is showing

Denied?? you have very selective and anti Trump listening skills. My desperation isn't showing at all, I am one of those in the 60% range, hard to be desperate when he is winning. Doesn't make a lot of sense now does it? Such hatred, why??

And you don't have a candidate that can beat him, Sanders supporters won't vote for Biden and vice versa. There is no valid reason not to vote for Trump in spite of what you want to believe

You don't seem to understand.... it really doesn't matter who the Dems put up... the election is Trump v. Not-Trump.... with not-Trump winning, likely by a very large margin.

There is no valid reason to vote for Trump. What has he done that voters will credit him for in November? People do not tend re-elect a President that presides over an economy that has cratered. Its not a winning formula. Trump has lost his ability to run on the economy.

The only thing people will remember about Trump in November is how he handles that CoronaVirus, which is not very well. By November, much of the discussion will be about how many people needlessly died because Trump wasted six vital weeks in response.... too busy denying that this pandemic was serious stuff. Of our citizens dying? No other country is posed to have that kind of death toll.

Let's face, you screwed up..... ya trusted Trump.

BTW... Sanders voters don't generally exist. They didn't vote for him in the primary, they likely would not vote in the general. The Democrats do not need those votes. All the Dems need is the level of voting we have seen since Trump was elected. That will be more than sufficient for a convincing win in November.

No, voting against Trump isn't a valid reason to elect any Democrat today as there isn't a Democrat today that would have generated the Results that the American people are seeing and feeling.. I trusted Trump to generate the results I continue to post and you continue to ignore. Doubt that anything would ever change your mind. Hatred isn't justification for voting against someone as facts, logic and common sense along with actual results justify my support for Trump and my vote in November.

You and the rest of the radicals continue your non stop 24/7 bashing of the President. Hope you are getting paid well for your efforts even though you aren't changing any minds here. In fact on the contrary you are driving more and more people to Trump, his 53% approval rating today on the economy and 60% approval rating on the handling of this crisis is totally ignored showing how out of touch you are in your posts

Trump said the cases were decreasing...yes, he denied it.

Feb. 26: “Because of all we’ve done, the risk to the American people remains very low. … When you have 15 people, and the 15 within a couple of days is going to be down to close to zero. That’s a pretty good job we’ve done."

March 5: “With approximately 100,000 CoronaVirus cases worldwide, and 3,280 deaths, the United States, because of quick action on closing our borders, has, as of now, only 129 cases (40 Americans brought in) and 11 deaths.”

Now here we are not even a month later and we have 158,722 cases and 2,940 deaths...so that is not under control...

Trump hasn't generated any results either.... he will be heading into the election with a wrecked economy and 100K+ dead Americans, likely by far more than any other country in the world, largely because he sat on his hands in denial for six weeks when he could have gotten ahead of the issue...

Don't get too high on Trump approval rating today. It's largely the "rally around the flag effect", a presumption of support for your leader heading into a crisis, which results in an 8 point bump in approval. Its generally fleeting.

Plus, people are generally scared. Trump's its "no big deal" approach is superficially comforting, even if its not truth.

The reality is, however, Trump has royally screwed this up with denial, petty politics, his insatiable narcissism and fundamental incompetence. By November, there will be a pretty good tally of how many did die versus how many would have died had the federal government been on top of this. When the body count is much higher than the rest of the world, well his dismal election chances will drop almost nil.

Trump will be glad get out of office only carrying the stigma of generally being considered America's worst president; glad that he can not be charged for multiple counts of wrongful death because of his competence.

Couldn't care less what Trump says, why do you? You don't believe him anyway so why does it make a difference, it is going to work out fine and 60% of the American people agree, guess you aren't in that group. For some reason rhetoric is more important to you than results. 158,722 out of a population of 328 million with by far the largest number in NYC isn't a country out of control, it is a city out of control, a liberal city where people don't pay any attention to anything for if it feels good just do it!

Then don't vote for Trump in November, I will based upon what really is important to me, economic and national security, these results warrant my vote

African American unemployment 8.0% vs. 6.0% today? That explains the surge in support from African Americans for Trump

You are living in the past..... Those numbers will not matter to the unemployed in October. Trump has lost the economy argument. He only has his handling of this crisis to run on. On that subject, he is off to a very poor start. There will be calculation of how many Americans were needlessly lost to Trump incompetence. That narrative is not what one gets elected on.

BTW... since when is the aggregate dollar change in GDP relevant? Answer, those with a poor argument try to sell it when the % change in GDP, the relevant number, doesn't fit their narrative. Interesting you kept telling us about pathetic GDP growth under Obama, and now that Trump has produced (historically speaking, of course, since we are now in recession) similar numbers, you have moved the goal posts.

I don't lie, couldn't care less what he says but do care what my state and local leaders do, you focus on rhetoric, I focus on actions and results. I am included in the 60% that support his actions in this crisis and am waiting for you to show us that he denied aid to any state that requested it?

Yes, they did and how is that Trump's fault. I feel the joy in your heart over Americans being hurt by the coronavirus. All you care about is placing blame and replacing Trump with an Obama style politician that tells you what you want to hear regardless of the results which don't matter to you

Yes, what matters is what happens in October, the joy you have about Americans suffering is noted and you have yet to offer an alternative that would have done a better job because you cannot prove it. Aggregate dollar of GDP is irrelevant? To whom, you?? Percentage change is irrelevant especially the higher the denominator. we pay taxes on dollars not percentages.

I keep talking about context, something you don't understand. the pathetic growth under Obama was in consumer spending and consumption, certainly not gov't spending. Do you know the components of GDP?? How much of the 842 billion dollar stimulus is in the Obama 4.3 trillion GDP growth in 8 years????? You are a true patsy for the left and act almost like you are either being paid by the left or a member of the Obama family, which is it?

No one has such dedication to a failed liberal ideology unless paid by it

Trump should avoid such off the cuff bombastic flourishes without having the desired info. It may be a style of someone who
tends at times to be nakedly narsisisstic. Upon occasion Trump offerrs off the cuff remarks &
when his crystal ball proves correct he brags & revels in it. When he's incorrect he dismisses those
who try to make hay over it such as you, like an elephant might dismiss an annoying wasp getting in its ear.

It appears that you can't wait until Biden strides into the oval office to save the day. Probably
haven't understood yet why Trump hasn't put Biden on the Coronavirus taskforce.

'It’s the kind of thing that would normally destroy a presidency — indeed pundits everywhere have been quick to say that
Trump’s re-election chances are now wrecked. But if the Trump era has taught us anything it is that conventional political
wisdom is always wrong. The truth often turns out to be the precise opposite of what the talking heads are saying. In a few
weeks, we might realize that Trump has once again snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.'

Approval always rises for wartime presidents. That's what this is, a war. Even I've found myself more inclined to support him, and I'm about as liberal as they come. We need to pull together to get through this.

Does that mean I'm voting for him come November?

**** no.

A true liberal would be all out in favor of Trump. All the time.

That's foolish but suit yourself!

Democrat New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, on Tuesday, also praised the administration’s efforts, telling reporters, “His team is on it.
They’ve been responsive. … I want to say thank you.” Even Gavin Newsome has praised the efforts of Trump & his experts.

Unlikely praise has come from members the 'SQUAD' who are giving Trump thumbs up for the plan he's laying out to ease
the pain from this unimaginable pandemic. Rep. Omar went on to quote fellow “squad” member Rep. Ayanna Pressley, saying
The that “unprecedented times require unprecedented leadership and we are seeing that in our country right now.
I have faith that we will survive this as a nation and build together.”

“Finally, we should never let politics get in the way of good policy. This is a great start and hope others will be part of a united front
to push for good policies that will help us work through the economic anxiety the country is feeling right now,” the controversial Democrat added.

There is no denying Trump's leadership is showing again, he's on a roll. They couldn’t have created leader more suited for this moment in time.

nope, not foolish at all...there are bigger fish to fry. My issue is the US Supreme Court, the federal courts, immigration, children in cages amongst other things....anyone but Trump is my choice.

My condolences, but the federal courts are already out of reach. The way to deal with children in cages is to stop them from coming across the border, so you align with Trump on that point.

Regardless, given the massive boost of profile Trump has received for handling the well, it's hard to imagine a way he loses in November. Probably more pressing is the strong chance the Democrats lose the House.

No, I don't align with Trump at all. Children are coming across the border, because they are fleeing for their lives. It is hard to imagine him losing with 3.2 million unemployment claims happening per week?

If he claims credit for the success and says it is because of him that unemployment was low...it is also all his that the unemployment is headed to double digits.

the joy in my heart? You can go f yourself...my daughter was diagnosed with Covid 19, so no I am not all in joy over it.

I think you under estimate the American people and are used to dealing with the idiots that support the liberal ideology. The American people will react in November to the events leading up to November and right now aren't holding Trump accountable for the massive job layoffs this past month. Why do you? Are you so biased, partisan and so full of hatred that you blame Trump for the coronavirus and the stay at home orders that are reducing transmission of the disease but are causing the layoffs? What is wrong with people like you?

Very sorry to hear about your daughter, why are you blaming the President?
