Trump approval rating at all-time high

And Obama increased the debt by 8 trillion during his 8 years, but I hear it wasnt his fault because there was a financial crisis going on, but this is Trumpys fault because a virus flu is going on.
I didn't say anything was one persons fault
and it was 8 Years under Obama and Trump has taken it up 4 T in less then 4 years ( just over 3 years ) and that doesn't count the bill they just passed,
and as you said Obama had a recession to deal with and Trump has ( had ) what he called a GREAT economy
I love the way the right wingers see things when it has to do with a Republican President if it is something Good he gets the credit for it but if it is bad HE had NOTHING to do with it and if it is a Dem, President if it is something good he had nothing to do with it and if it was something bad He had everything to do with it
the people on the right can't have it both ways if you are going to give credit or blame for something you have to do it the same for all Presidents the same way
Have a nice day

What a shock, a liberal ignoring state and local responsibilities. Looks like the Presidential leadership now has a 60% approval rating on the handling of this crisis. It is also not surprising to me that you like all liberals ignore state and local responsibilities. You obviously spend too much time here and were totally unfamiliar with the world situation. There isn't anything Trump could have done that you would have supported because you lack of understanding of state and local responsibilities is staggering

yes, because as we all know during a national crisis, the governors are the key because a central and coordinated plan coming from the top isn't important. Wyoming should do one thing. Florida another. Michigan and Jersey yet another.

it works really good that way because this virus only targets specific people in specific states and doesn't travel across country, state, county and city lines. and we all know that out citizenry stays only within their own town/county/state.

maybe each state needs a wall.

Prove it??? You always make wild predictions and comments without posting any official data and certainly no context, now run like you always do. Guess once a liberal always a liberal regardless of data in context

well go to the US Treasury website ( remember the one I showed you for years and you have been using )
Debt to the Penny (Daily History Search Application)
on Jan 20 2017 the debt was 19,947 T and as of 3/27/20 it was 23.535 almost 4 T in just over 3 years and IF you add in the several Trillion the bill they just passed it will be way over that 4 T in less then 4 years
Have a nice day

A national crisis? 160,000 cases in a country of 328 million in which 67,000 are in the state of NY. Do you think placing blame on the President is constructive and offers any value? looks to me like you need a civics education

How many times do I have to post the budget link to show you the components and where the deficits are?? Is this really an act or are you this poorly informed and educated? Think your personal attacks on the President are constructive and doing anything other than showing just how partisan you are?

Seems that you and the left also forget that liberals live in Red States as well when the issue is about tax dollars going back to the states

But regarding your post one more time I am going to explain it to you, the Coronavirus started in China, it was all over the news and regardless of the fact you want to blame Trump for his reaction you continue to ignore state and local responsibilities when it comes to issues like this. You claim the President denied it was happening, sorry but that isn't what the facts show, what the facts show is that the first responders to any crisis, state and local gov't, failed in their responsibilities to the people of their state and you want to divert that responsibility to the President. That isn't the way this country works but it continues to be a problem for people like you who don't understand that we have 50 independent states and the only way a President can act on state issues is through a national emergency which because you hate the President wouldn't have accepted any statement he would have made prior to the pandemic being declared.

We have a shortage not because of the President alone and that reality escapes you

it started in China yes, but his subsequent actions after the fact are what caused it to spiral out of control in the US. He is solely responsible for the shortage..why? Because had he not eliminated the pandemic team and actually worked on improving health care, instead of trying to destroy it....we would have been sufficiently prepared.

this fact might escape you, but a national pandemic is the responsibility of the Executive branch to contain, if this was only in New York then it would be still up to FEMA(feds) to take care of once a disaster declaration is made...

YES just like you always do try to change the subject
Who was talking about the Budget?
I was talking about just how much Trump has increased the DEBT and have NOT said a word about the Budget or deficit
You and other right wingers keep saying how much Obama ran up the debt ( and a lot of them keep repeating the Republican LIE that Obama doubled the debt )
Obama did run it up and that was in a recession ( bad economy ) and Trump has been in office just over 3 years and has run it up almost 4 Trillion dollars and now add to that the 2 or 3 Trillion the Bill Trump passed into law and that may make it over 5 Trillion in Trumps first 4 years ( that is MORE then what Obama did and this is what Trump calls a GREAT economy )
so again stop trying to change the subject
Have a nice day

Yes, declared on March 11 and Trump has a 60% approval rating on the handling. Posted an article yesterday showing how GW Bush, Obama and now Trump were warned of waning supplies but for some reason only Trump is to blame. Trump is taking action but still you don't get state and local responsibilities and totally ignore my posts showing that the virus started in China and worked its way here, plenty of time for your state to respond. The Federal Gov't is back up, not first responders

From the budget comes spending authority and it is the spending on entitlements and debt service that have caused the debt to rise, another issue you don't understand

Trump alone hasn't increased the debt as if it really matters to you since it didn't under the last 8 years of Obama

We came out of recession in June 2009 and his shovel ready jobs program only created shovel ready part time jobs thus affecting revenue. Your support for Obama is cult like and ignores reality.

Trump's deficits come at a time when we have a declared pandemic and come at a time when people are keeping more of what they earn. You cannot seem to grasp that reality as apparently it really bothers you that people are keeping more of what they earn, something that didn't happen during the Obama deficits

Think his fat ass could dodge a shoe like the shrub?

Today's coronavirus count, 164,785 cases in the U.S. a country of 328 MILLION people, 3173 deaths, 67,000 of those cases are in the state of NY. Does that raise any issues for you? Didn't realize Trump or Bush were governors of NY

That isn't very high for when we are in the middle of a crisis...Bush's response to 9/11 had what a 92% approval rating?

and here is the reality check for you

Poll: Trump approval dips to 46 percent amid coronavirus | TheHill

and this

Net Approval for Trump’s Coronavirus Response Falls to 2 Points

we shall see how he is holding up in the next poll. The first one you cite by Gallup was done right after he declared a national emergency...most of us agree with him doing that...but his subsequent response hasn't been that great.

Yes, and all of those cases occurred in under 3 months...and they are continually growing, not going down. btw, the cases are now 165,392 and deaths 3182...give it a minute I am sure it will jump again.

So when it comes to Obama and the debt it is ALL his fault but when it Comes to Trump and the debt he hasn't got anything to do with it
YES typical right winger
IF it is a Republican President and something good happens it was all his doing and if it happens to be something bad that Happens the Republican President has no
thing to do with it
And if it is a Dem. President and something good happens he had nothing to do with it and IF something bad happens it is all his fault
well it doesn't work that way
IF you are going to blame a Dem President ( like Obama ) for the debt going up then you have to blame ALL the Presidents for the debt for the time they were in office
and for your info we have NOT had a pandemic for the last 2 and a half years or more and the debt has been going up more under Trump then it did in 4 out of the 8 years Obama was in office
AGAIN you keep trying to change the subject
Nice try

Yes, and the virus started in China last year, what were the governors of the state supposedly doing during this period of time, watching the Trump Impeachment hearings??? You expected Trump to do exactly what and what would you have done with his rhetoric?

You really have a love for Obama that hides your ability to comprehend reality. You think creating part time jobs for economic reasons and only having 6 million new jobs created from the beginning of the recession warranted the 842 billion dollar stimulus? Were there enough new jobs created to fund that stimulus? You keep diverting and running from tough questions

This isn't about Republican or Democrat, this is about the Obama incompetence in dealing with the recession by not creating policies that created new taxpayers to fund his 842 billion stimulus and growing the economy outside of gov't spending

Why is it your focus is on Trump's handling of the crisis? You will have a chance in November to replace him so what good is placing blame now? You seem to be confused on personal popularity vs. polls on his handling of the crisis. Personal popularity doesn't win Presidential elections as we elect the President by the electoral college, not personal popularity.

Polls really are of interest to you, not Presidential action that has generated 60% approval rating. He isn't going any higher as 40% of the people in this country have become radicalized like you and wouldn't support him if he cured cancer

what I was doing is irrelevant...he should not have destroyed the Pandemic team in 2018...that is what set him up for the situation he is in now...the Pandemic team would have saw this coming and would have assisted him in preparing..

A poll that you want to ignore. You really have a hatred for the President of the United States, why? What has he done to warrant that personal hatred you have for him?

President Trump's Job Approval Rating Up to 49%

why my focus is now, is because lives are being lost....he needs to step up and stop being an immature brat. He wanted to be president...so now it is time to act like one or step down and allow someone else to take the lead.

~ Yes this can be annoying. Much better than pretty words of a speech writer intent on misleading the listener. Most of us are sick of the professional career politicians.

Is that your excuse for Trump's lack of integrity? Have your leadership standards always been so low?

You all should have nominated Kasich, instead you got suckered into Trump lol

What a bunch of rubes

Lives aren't going to be saved your constant whining and complaining about a President who is doing his job and has a 60% approval rating on the handling of it. what do you hope to accomplish by the 24/7 negative posts regarding Trump. Step down for what reason 67,000 cases in NY?? Your biased opinion is based upon total and complete hatred and ignorance for no apparent reason.
