Wall was erected in 2008. Crime in El Paso increased by 17% after the wall was put up.
More RACISM.
The Texans REMEMBER when bullets from the Juarez side of the border, were flying into buildings, and even striking PEOPLE in El Paso, and that since the WALL WENT UP, that is OVER, as well as the 20%+ drop in crime, verified by FEDERAL CRIME DATA , ( and LIED ABOUT by leftist "FACT FALSIFIERS" ).
And they SHOWED UP AND SHOWED THEIR APPRECIATION for the man dedicated to PROTECTING THEM...DESPITE EL PASO being a DEMOCRAT STRONGHOLD IN TEXAS....
Donald Trump uses El Paso rally to make his case for border wall funding
EL PASO — President Donald arrived in El Paso on Monday night to continue his increasingly uphill fight for funding for his long-promised border wall even as local leaders from across the political spectrum battle his assertion that the existing fencing near the Rio Grande has saved the city from violent crime."We’re up against people that want to allow criminals into our society," the president said as he prepared to leave the White House after a meeting with local sheriffs. "You explain that one. Most things you understand, but if you want to allow criminals into our society, convicted felons, people of tremendous, big problems."Nearly all wore Trump regalia, from "Make America Great Again" ball caps to "Trump 2020 shirts and buttons. And those who might have come under-dressed could remedy that by doing business with the throngs of street vendors who have become a staple for Trump rallies nationwide.
Both of Texas' Republican U.S. senators, John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, were called to warm up the crowd inside the arena ahead the president's arrival. When Cruz exclaimed, "It is time to build the wall,” Crowd erupted and echoed with the signature chant, "Build the wall! Build the wall." “Since the president announced his campaign, we liked what he offered the veterans, the tax proposal, and so far he has held to his promises,” said Ismael Lozado, an El Paso resident who arrived at the coliseum around 1:30 p.m. “I do believe we need a wall as a country. Any country needs to defend its borders. If you go down to south Mexico, there’s a lot of people coming over. If they had a wall down there, I’m sure not as many people would be coming in.”

Is this the thread where we sign up for the kool-aid?
So you are saying there are a lot of stupid people in Texas. I never would have guessed that...
Chart us NOT the FBI's UCR chart.
Crime in El Paso rose UNTIL THE WALL WAS COMPLETED , in 2010...it has been DROPPING EVER SINCE.
Crime has dropped 20%+ since the wall was built.
Yes, especially the El Paso democrats, who got their asses handed to them today....

Here's one on border apprehensions.
View attachment 67250315
Border apprehensions dropped significantly before the wall was built coinciding with an 80% increase in border patrol agents. Apprehensions dropped marginally for two years after the wall was up, then went back up rather significantly coinciding with a decrease in border patrol agents.
So: Border apprehensions dropped by more than 80% before the wall was there. After the wall was there, they went up a bit. We have hard data on the efficacy of walls, and the data tells us that walls don't work. The republican mayor of El Paso tells us the wall didn't work. But the least trustworthy president in the history of our country who desperately needs a political win assures you that they do and you are ready to throw your money at him. Sad.
No, it's where you escape from the FAKE NEWS/LYING LEFT/PHONY "FACT CHECKERS" BULL****.
You just posted facts. Grok made it very clear he does not want facts.
Really pathetic at this point to still be ragging on Obama. Especially about something as irrelevant as pet choice. Must suck not to be able to get him out of your head.Pres praises the work of German Shepherds serving as drug-sniffing dogs. Says he was told they're better than machines. Reminds him some urge him to get a dog for the family. "How would I look walking a dog on the White House lawn," he asks. "Feels a little phony to me," he says.
Obama had some rat dog. :lamo
Did you enjoy having your facts checked? Honestly, do you just believe everything you hear that confirms what you want to believe? I'm being serious.
Old White people mostly....Quite a few overweight it appears

Source?
Well, that is a creative re-imaging of what happened with no basis in fact. Almost like something President Trump wouldmake upsay...
Yeah...uh-huh.
What should we believe...what the FAKE NEWS/LYING LEFT tries to tell us, or our OWN EYES?

Facts are good. What you claim to see, not so much.
