One of the very first nights of the Antifa protests years ago, I decided to watch a livestream of the events unfolding on Berkely. The view was from a news helicopter looking down on the protesters, in real time.

I will never forget how a group of them unfurled a banner that read, "BECOME INGOVERNABLE." Right then and there, I knew exactly what they are: Anarchists.

Everything I have seen from Antifa groups since has confirmed that they are anarchists. :)

What I'm getting at, is every time there's a nut kills a bunch of people, we react out of emotion, banning this and limiting that. It never helps anything. In almost every single "mass shooting", it ends when the second gun gets there. Can you honestly say, that it wouldn't be better in those cases, if there was an armed citizen already there, in close proximity to the shooter? Shouldn't we try it? These nuts prefer unarmed victims. But fear not. It looks like Trump ready to cave.

If anything I think this is an indication of how badly divided the electorate has become and how divisive and over heated the political rhetoric has become, in no small part due to the identity politics as practiced by the political left, as well as all of their other character assassination and lying smears.

Starting to become a legitimate question and concern if the nation is going to survive those injections into politics and political rhetoric.

The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Obama was elected in 2008, some pi$$ed and moaned, Trump threw a temper tantrum, and that was it . Not only that, Obama was re elected. And, the usual suspects pi$$ed and moaned, and then...…..that was it. Now, in 2016, Trump was elected, and...……..Well, compare it to Obama's election. If we go by that, if Trump wins, there will be windows breaking, streets shut down, fires set you know the drill.

The terrorist watchlist itself is shrouded in secrecy. The FBI manages several watch lists, including the “No Fly” list of some 64,000 names, and a so-called “Selectee” list of 24,000 names. The Terrorist Screening Database or TSDB is the central terrorist watchlist consolidated by the FBI's Terrorist Screening Center and used by multiple agencies to compile their specific watchlists and for screening. The National Counterterrorism Center, which defined an eligible person for the Selectee list negatively as someone “who does not meet the criteria for inclusion on the No Fly list and who “is a member of a foreign or domestic terrorist organization…and is associated with terrorist activity…unless information exists that demonstrates that the application of secondary screening to such a person is not necessary, in which case such persons may be excluded from the Selectee list.”

Your one example doesn't come close to equal the fact that the right killed every person in 2018 that was killed in a hate crime. They were 50 for 50.You get zero points on this. And you pitiful plea to blame it on the media is a joke. Literally all media groups are owned by your people , right wing .

It is hypocritical, but if the right is predicting the left will react violently to a Trump second term that may be accurate. That does not mean that right leaning extremism will all of a sudden quit being violent, just means they will not be alone in being violent.

This is the price of us vs. them, and quit pretending the most extreme of the left is all of a sudden somehow better than the most extreme of the right. Even if statistically we have plenty of evidence that the overwhelming majority of these 'events' are perpetuated by the right we cannot lose sight of all our problems with violence and hatred in this nation in a vain effort to ignore those on the left that wish for plenty of harm and in the most extreme someone losing their lives.

Categorizing these things into 'hate crime' only conversations has its own set of consequences anyway, ideological hate groups are not the only source to convince someone to take someone else's life.

It really is a hollow victory, and there are plenty in this nation that want "violence" towards some ends.

That won't even rock the boat, of the 50 people killed in hate crimes in 2018 , You don't see black panthers or Antifa anyplace in that list. and throw in the fact that since hate crimes became a charge 2/3rd are done by the right. Those facts show that yes it is the right side that is violent , I think 50 out of 50 murders and 66% of all hate crimes makes it clear where the violence is coming from.
