I am in no way a fan of Bill O'Reilly, but he was correct in what he said.
If the Republican party does not ''reach out'' to hispanics and blacks, don't expect to see a Republican president again. No matter how bad of a performance a Democratic president shows, they will always vote democrat no matter what.
O'Reilly said if Obama wins re-election, it's because the demographics of the country have changed and "it's not a traditional America anymore." He went on to say "The White Establishment Is Now The Minority" and an Obama victory would mean people "want stuff" and they know Obama will give it to them.

Yeah they want stuff, stuff like a good education system, health care, a chance to suceed.
Republicans who think that people are voting Democrat because the govt will then give them money are wrong. Many things go into a decision to vote for one party over another. Ultimately it comes down to the feeling that you have a better chance at a successful life under a particular party and that a party more closely identifies with the kind of Country you want.
By making simplistic statements to explain choices that others make, will always miss the mark. People are more complex than that.
In the end though if you feel demonized by a particular parties position, then you are more likely to vote for the other guys. The guys that seem to want you.
I suspect that some white men in America feel threatened or even demonized by the Democratic party. As long as that feeling persists then these folks will not vote Democratic. The same may be said about Hispanics or women with regards to the Republican party.
It is up to the parties to come up with policies that are more inclusive. The party that does this best at any one time will be successful.
Represent me and my concerns and I will vote for you. Make representations that raise my concerns and I will vote against you.
