Rookie of the year tour!

Been in Fenway to see the Cubs this weekend. Great park, great town, great game.

Yeah, again tonight.. not his best fastball.. but got the job done. As an O's fan. I don't mind waiting this long for him. Dude is a gamer.

You should be worried about the Yankees. We are about to sweep you guys.

Suggestion: Release Ubaldo Jimenez.

Eaton is worth it.

Eaton is now out for the rest of the season. I would call the Royals about Lorenzo Cain.

The Yankees now have the best record in baseball. This team is LOADED and it will only get deeper when the kids graduate from the minors

Loss of Eaton is a blow.

Loss of Eaton is a blow.

Not today it's not.

I remember in 1984-maybe 1985.. The Phillies scored 26 runs against the Mets.

Everyone is focusing on the Mets injuries, and I admit it is a concern. Losing their best player, and maybe their best pitcher is a problem. But IMO their Bullpen is more of a concern. it's awful. It's going to be a problem all year long.

This is Michael Taylor's third opportunity to prove he's a major league center fielder.

3 in a row for those Jays!!!

Christ they suck.

He may win the ROY but he's gonna slow down in his numbers. Away from NY he's actually a pretty bad player. In fact most of the Yankees team are pretty bad on the road this year.

So much for that sweep.. Losing two games to one of the hottest teams in baseball, of which required the Orioles to blow a 7 run lead pretty much clears up the fact the Orioles who aren't running on all cylinders (Davis, Machado, and Trumbo all slumping), Not to mention Tillman and Britton will be back. If Britton is pitching Orioles don't lose two games in the last week, the Orioles are fine. Yankees will come back to earth.

Ubaldo is fine. He's the 5th spot guy of which he can pitch a QS game like he did vs Cincy or just pitch to fill a spot. O's don't seem him as a anchor to the staff but a guy that on any night could pitch lights out or stink up the joint. But they'll throw him out there because he can do what he did against Cincy..

Don't make assumptions about Harper and the Yankees. The Nats' owners are hugely wealthy, don't like to be pushed around, have shown they'll spend big, and have a good relationship with Scott Boras.

It is an absolute no-brainer that Bryce Harper will sign with the Yankees.

I have nothing against the Nationals however they do not carry the cache or brand power like the Yankees. Harper would make more money in just new endorsements he receives by signing with the Yankees compared to his entire contract with the Nationals.

By signing with the Yankees, he becomes the new face of baseball. He won't get that with the Nationals, even big-name teams like the Dodgers, Red Sox or Mets.

You see, the Yankees create wealth and greatness. Derek Jeter was just a kid from Kalamazoo Michigan. When he put on the Yankees uniform the Yankees molded and mentored him. The result? He himself is a brand name, a millionaire that will own the Florida Marlins. He married a super model, owns several businesses and is known by more than just sports fans.

Derek Jeter is just another baseball player if he plays for any other team.

The Yankees taught him how to be a winner and they can give Harper the world - money, fame, any woman in the world. Baseball is badly in need of a dynasty and superstars. Harpers life would significantly improve under pinstripes and I bet he is just counting down the days before he can be free to sign with the the "it" franchise.

Harper is a Mormon who just married. I doubt he'll be looking for women. As for the rest, we shall see.

Every mormon I know doesn't drink coffee but we will see. Manny Machado is already on board. No way he re-signs in baseball purgatory.

Mat Latos is still in the league and starting for the Blue Jays?

Talk about desperate.

Machado isn't going to NYY. And baseball purgatory? Orioles have been to the post season in 2012, 2014, and 2016 and have the best record in Baseball since 2012.

I was disappointed with Manny Machado's reaction after last night's game. I get that he's frustrated and pissed off with the Red Sox, I've lost a lot of respect for them as well, but keep your cool in the post-game interviews and just pay them back with home runs like the past two nights, and charge the mound if the pitcher actually does hit you. Now they know that they've gotten to him and it will only get worse.

When is my man Aaron Judge going to slow down again?

With Judge and Sanchez its like the 1920's again with Ruth and Gehrig. Get used to 2nd or 3rd place for a while.

It looks like they are falling apart.

Kevin Gausman gets ejected (not much of a loss given the way he was pitching)

Adam Jones looses his composure and is ejected as well.

The Orioles lack maturity. I am not surprised under a team with that manager.

He's gonna slow down, it happens to all players during a season. Playing the Blue Jays and their pitching isn't the time it's gonna happen cause they are HORRIBLE.

Marcus Stroman is horrible?
