Obama would have started stockpiling ventilators in January, when made aware of the crisis. And Obama would not have 50 states competing for ventilators right now, like Trump is. Billions of dollars are currently being wasted with suppliers jacking up the prices on medical equipment, as the 50 states compete with each other. Inexcusable.

1. He didn't impose a national emergency for 7 months until after 4000 deaths for H1N1 which more than doubled 30 days later
2. He didn't impose any quarantines
3. He didn't impose any travel bans
4. He didn't provide any stimulus money
5. He didn't replace any of the diminished stockpile of medical supplies used in H1N1
