Evidently Floyd (from the Tara show) was foaming and bleeding from the mouth and saying "I can't breathe" many times and long before he ever went on the ground (which was at Floyd's request because he was having a paranoia attack and did not want to be alone in the cop car). He said he had been "hooping" earlier. He was putting meth and Fentanyl in his rectum. It going to be hard as hell to convict any of these cops on anything.

The cops will get their day in court and everything will get to come out. We hope it gets to come out.

I hope we won't have to risk a riot if BLM and it's cult followers don't get the verdict they want.

OK, if all of that is true, there was still no reason to put his knee on Floyd’s neck. There was no restraining or medical purpose for that. Foaming from the mouth or drugs in the rectum did not cause his death. You do not put your knee on the neck of a man that already says he cannot breathe. No one has ever died from a panic attack. I am sure that Police have been trained to deal the people having panic attacks. Placing your knee on their neck is not one of them

He'll be convicted. He has to be. He deserves to be. There will be hell unleashed if he isn't. I agree, though, that the posthumous canonization of George Floyd was a bit hard to stomach.

The rookie cops with Chauvin will get off. The knee on the neck is still in the PD manuals. The trial will get interesting. Though it has already been tried in the court of public opinion.

You right. They have already been tried and found guilty. A few minutes of video is all the mob needs, all other evidence be damned.

His medical conditions before hand already put him at risk.

More than a dozen police officials and law enforcement experts told NBC News that the particular tactic Chauvin used — kneeling on a suspect's neck — is neither taught nor sanctioned by any police agency. A Minneapolis city official told NBC News Chauvin's tactic is not permitted by the Minneapolis police department. For most major police departments, variations of neck restraints, known as chokeholds, are highly restricted — if not banned outright.

Minneapolis police rendered 44 people unconscious with neck restraints in five years

Now as as it turns out - the death may not have been caused by the cop kneeling on George Floyd. In fact that was the conclusion of the ME.
WE know the defense bought and paid for a conclusion THEY wanted by notorious mercenary Michael Baden, who has a long history of providing conclusions that the payee wants.

George Floyd was tried and found guilty. His punishment was death.

He was never tried, his drug addiction and poor health help lead to his problems. He was so messed up on drugs he was already having problems with breathing. Ist degree murder will fail big time. the other three will get off.

Even before he was on the ground, Mr. Floyd said he was in physical distress, telling officers who were trying to get him into a squad car that he was claustrophobic and could not breathe. At one point, according to one transcript, he said: “Momma, I love you.5 days ago
 
Was watching Ari Melber on MSNBC, Ari repeated, "transcripts reveal Floyd stated 20 time that he couldn't breathe." He just failed to tell the audience that he started saying that before he was ever on the ground.
And that was at his request.


He was so screwed up on drugs, which contributed to his situation.



He does make a great national hero .
