Floyd transcripts. Just before his death.

He was never tried, his drug addiction and poor health help lead to his problems. He was so messed up on drugs he was already having problems with breathing. Ist degree murder will fail big time. the other three will get off.

You don’t knee the neck of a man who is struggling to breathe

George Floyd told police he was struggling to breathe before an officer put a knee on his neck
Prosecutors detail the final moments of Floyd's life as he begged for air.

While standing outside the car, Mr. Floyd began saying and repeating that he could not breathe," the document said.

George Floyd told police he was struggling to breathe before an officer put a knee on his neck

So let me get this straight....

Man tells you that he is having trouble breathing, and you and this officer seem to think the way to deal with that was to further limit his ability to breathe?

Evidently Floyd (from the Tara show) was foaming and bleeding from the mouth and saying "I can't breathe" many times and long before he ever went on the ground (which was at Floyd's request because he was having a paranoia attack and did not want to be alone in the cop car). He said he had been "hooping" earlier. He was putting meth and Fentanyl in his rectum. It going to be hard as hell to convict any of these cops on anything.

Regardless if Floyd was foaming at the mouth or faking an medical condition it does not excuse the cop for putting his knee on someone's neck like that and for as long as he did it. What you posted amounts to saying well the murderer won't get punished for shooting the victim to death if that victim was already suffering from a stab wound prior to being shot. Has there ever been a case of a murderer getting off the hook because he his victim was already bleeding?

It is baffling to me that anyone can interpret these "transcripts" as being beneficial to Chauvin and the others, in terms of their criminal charges.

I can't breathe was stated long before he was on the ground.

Has the previous condition of a victim ever gotten a murderer off the hook? "Well your honor my client claims the victim was already bleeding so my client shouldn't punished for shooting the victim to death." I realize many defense attorneys are degenerate scum who knowingly try to get guilty people off the hook, but have any of them ever tried claiming the victim was already suffering from a prior condition before being murdered by his client?

Chauvin has been charged with three counts:

1. 2nd-Degree Felony Murder
2. 3rd-Degree "Depraved Heart" Murder
3. Manslaughter

To prove the first charge, prosecutors will have to first prove that Chauvin is guilty of a predicate felony - in this case, assault. If the prosecutors are able to convince the jury that an illegal felony assault occurred, then Chauvin must be convicted of Felony Murder. No finding of "intent" to murder is required.

The other two charges require essentially the same elements - that through negligence and recklessness, Chauvin caused the death of Floyd. The difference between the charges is the requirement in the case of 3rd-Degree Murder, the prosecution must demonstrate that the in causing the death of Floyd, Chauvin displayed a reckless and depraved disregard for human life.

Now - how do the transcripts change any of those elements?

You're dodging the question. I'm not surprised.

How much pressure was on his neck? The knee is on the side of his neck. That is not where the trachea resides. He was in distress before going to the ground. All the facts need to be presented, the jury will decide. What are the criminal actions of the cops? What is the bad judgement of the cops? Two different things. I don't see 1st degree murder but it's not my call. You can prejudge the case.

The cops will get their day in court and everything will get to come out. We hope it gets to come out.

I hope we won't have to risk a riot if BLM and it's cult followers don't get the verdict they want.

Oh...you can be sure there will be a riot if they don't get the verdict they want.

Property will be destroyed. People will be sent to the hospital. Some will die.

That's how those anarchists and racists operate.

How much pressure was on his neck?

Clearly, enough pressure to end his life.

The knee is on the side of his neck. That is not where the trachea resides.

It is where the carotid artery resides.

He was in distress before going to the ground.

Clearly. Perhaps that should have been sign to the officers to not make the situation worse.

All the facts need to be presented, the jury will decide.

The jury will decide if the facts of the case meet the elements of the crime.

What are the criminal actions of the cops? What is the bad judgement of the cops? Two different things. I don't see 1st degree murder but it's not my call. You can prejudge the case.

Chauvin placed his knee on the carotid of a man he knew was suffering from medical issues, effectively cutting off half of the blood flow to Floyd's brain. He remained in that position for 8 minutes, remaining long after he was informed that Floyd's heart had stopped.

No one has been charged with 1st-Degree Murder. That's a strawman.

Floyd was very troubled.

I saw the first and last video. Video # 1 shows Floyd being taken from his car to the police car parked across the street on the cross st. As he is taken through the cross walk so the police car and is put in, the video stopped. So we know Floyd got into the cop car. And he was safe. My question long has been how did he escape custody from the cop car? The transcrupt you brought seems to answer my questions.

Floyd did not die due to choking, but from Cardiac arrest

If you don't mind at all, you know what to do with your question. I would be kinder but for your snark.
Oh, don't worry about being "kind". I'm a big boy, and I have no respect for you whatsoever, so any insults you have are irrelevant to me.

I'm pretty sure that you didn't answer my question because you are incapable of answering it. You lack the knowledge and understanding to do so - and somehow believe that just endlessly repeating what you read on the internet or saw in a YouTube video is a substitute for knowledgeable debate. It isn't.

Now, you're welcome to try again - but I'm pretty sure you won't.

It’s entirely possible that the knee or the neck was very lightly pressed and not doing much of any damage, and the guy just died.

But I disagree on it being hard to convict. The optics look too bad, and most everyone thinks he is guilty.

I don't think murder 1 wll get a conviction. There will be multiple charges that the jury will burn him on something.

Why was he saying "I can't breathe" well before he was on the ground?
