Comey said that they were investigating Russian involvement. Reports have stated that Trump has not been wiretapped.
 
The Russian Collusion narrative really blew up in the faces of the Democrats

They sold this lie to justify surveillance ans millions of gullible followers bought it hook line and sinker.

Now theyre panicking because the lies run its course and there's no evidence to back it up

There's plenty of evidence that the Obama administration surveilled the Trump campaign, and illegally leaked the names of Americans

2. if you are an american, like Flynn, it is required by law to do "minimization" and remove names of, and identifying text from the transcript of an American citizen unless there is a warrant. It is also a FELONY to leak such a transcript.

As for Flynn... The entire discussion has been absolutely fascinating.
1). Flynn is toast.
2). Both Comey and Rogers make it a point that it's a crime to leak classified material, but that the people who keep the secrets are fanatical about not leaking.
3). He continually makes the point that most "classified" leaks have been wrong, but they can't confirm one way or another.
4). Leaks happen from echos, 2nd hand accounts and good guesses.

Well...who surveilled them, then? Comey just said he was ordered to conduct the investigation. That order can only come from Lynch. There are only a couple of people who could give her her marching orders. And do you believe she ordered the investigation (surveillance as you admitted) of a presidential candidate and didn't give the president a heads up?

I don't know. But if there was a FISA order, Obama didn't make that order. As you may recall, that was Trump's accusation.

Obama's DOJ would have to request that FISA warrant, and Lynch would have had to sign off on the FISA request

I know: Comey said he was ordered to conduct an investigation. That order could only come from Loretta Lynch; a member of the Obama administration.
