I think Grok missed the part where the report supposedly states that while Mueller could not conclude Trump committed a crime, he also does not exonerate him. So yeah...he's basically saying "Congress, this one's on you".

Initial good news for Trump, but bad news for the next two years.

The trouble is that the majority of the country was peeling away from the Democrat/Media party line already.

My note:
(1) Who exactly is the Trump Campaign? Roger Stone formally LEFT the Trump Campaign. But did he really leave it in name only.
(2) Who exactly is being referred to as "The Russian Government". The formal official Russian State Government? Agents of Russian Intelligence. Who exactly is Barr talking about here?

As to Obstruction of Justice:
"After making a "through factual investigation" into these matters. the Special Counsel considered whether to evaluate the conduct under Department standards governing prosecution and declination decisions but ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgement. The Special Counsel therefore did not draw a conclusion - one way or the other - as to whether the examined conduct constituted obstruction. Instead, for each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as "difficult issues" of law and fact concerning whether the President's actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction. (2) Based on WHAT does the AG deem it appropriate to make this judgement. Could it be that he wishes to push his predetermined view of whether a President can commit Obstruction of Justice?

Frankly, Barr had no business stepping in and extending Mueller's comments on Obstruction particularly given Barr's whacky legal opinion on the topic. Particularly disconcerting that Barr did not include one complete sentence from Mueller in the "supposed" Mueller quotes. All three people, Barr, Rosenstein and Mueller will have to be brought to the Hill and now that Barr has been so "selective" in what he has described as a Mueller quote, we will have to see the whole Mueller report.

Also, Barr did not even consult Mueller in offering Barr's Obstruction opinion in the letter.
