However the Nazis weren't the only ones with concentration camps.

However the Nazis weren't the only ones who were fascists either.

The way the British treated the Africans could be said to be fascist, or even worse.

Yup. The Trump fans have worked themselves into a tizzy about something she never said.

Kind of like the same tizzy when someone says that Trump said there were "very fine people on both sides" and he meant there are very fine neo-Nazis, and they melt down defending him.

Cortez is. And after careful consideration and the observance of her ideas and methods, I find that she's a ****ing dope!

I think I may have used the word in another thread, explaining that she used the term for pure partisan reasons.
I wish I could say that she knew the statement was inflamitory and just a stupid parallel to draw...but I can't because I don't think anything of value crosses that tiny little head of hers.

Good. You agree she never mentioned the Holocaust. That makes this entire discussion irrelevant. If she mentioned the Holocaust in comparison to the American concentration camps set up by FDR to hold Americans, then she would be wrong. She never did. But that didn't stop the right from putting fake outrage on display.

I have no interest in your vile comments about her appearance or you calling her a whore. I wouldn't know what a "two-bit whore" sounds like. Apparently you do. That doesn't say much for you and your experience buying the service of "two-bit whores".

Life does present both savory and unsavory situations from which one can learn. Maybe you should get out more?

The problem with the parallel you've drawn is that Trump made is extremely clear what he meant.
Cortez used her li'l sound-byte and to my knowledge...never clarified. Has she made her meaning clear? Or has she left the whole concentration camp thing dangling...

Cortez also made it extremely clear what she meant. She never said the words "Holocaust" or listed any of the European concentration camps. Yet that didn't stop you all from lying about her words.
