Donald Trump is selling $60 Bibles as he seeks funds for for campaign, legal bills

Blasphemy is the act of showing disrespect to God or something holy, or saying or doing something that shows this disrespect. It can also refer to offensive ideas in other areas. For example, blasphemy can include: Saying something bad about a god, Taking the Lord's name in vain, Questioning a religious institution, and Insulting something sacred.

And yet Evangelicals will lap this up despite its blatancy.
I would be very much surprised if it didn't immediately burst into flame upon unboxing.

He could not have confessed, as he said:

"I think if I do something wrong, I think, I just try and make it right. I don't bring God into that picture. I don't."
So what is it you want him to do?

So the answer is, no, the president, a Catholic, has never had an abortion.

Nor is there any reason to suspect he has ever paid for an abortion of offspring. This also tracks.

He has not campaigned on his religious beliefs. As a U.S. politician, he understands there is (ideally) a separation of church and state. His political views do not have a specifically Catholic basis, which is appropriate in a nation of many beliefs.

His religious views are personal and aside from the traditional "God bless America and God bless our troops" at the end of speeches, his specific religious tenets remain within his household; overall he appears never to have attempted to impose Catholicism into the political sphere.

There you have it.
That....was very well said young lady.

Then there's no problem. Trump sells shoes, hats and bibles. God bless America.

Then there is also no problem pointing out the utter hypocrisy of a non-Christian (as he has never sought God's forgiveness nor does he take God's word for what is considered wrongdoing) who "doesn't bring God into the picture," leading Evangelicals who believe him to be a spiritual as well as national example of goodness, and receiving royalties off a nationalist Bible to help him pay legal battles involving fraud and paying for a porn actresses's silence. 🙂 So here we are. May God bless us all.

Well said. 👏

Yes. God bless us all.

And who knows probably even National Security info if there is money to be made. Trump has no ideals or morals. All he cares about is what is in it for him.

Naw, that's Biden's gig, and it pays very well. President Trump is a career business man. Biden is a crooked career bureaucrat.

Trump has made bad business deals and grifts all his life. He has squirmed out of debt for pennies on the dollar. He has sold failed goods and started failed businesses, true.

Biden is a politician. Correct.

So? Abraham Lincoln failed numerous times in his career. He's considered an American hero. Abe was probably hated by many Americans even more than President Trump is. Thomas Edison failed more than he succeeded. Babe Ruth struck out way more than getting a home run. Perhaps it's perspective on what success and failure is.

FFS your desperate is getting pathetic. Such a loser argument,

Really? Can you cite what "crimes" exactly Biden committed? You can't. Because there has been none whatsoever referred by or cited by Comer or House Repubs. Because they haven't found any but that hasn't stopped them from perpetrating a false narrative. And Biden has never been a bureaucrat. He's been a public servant nearly his entire life and remains committed to being a public servant if re-elected. Whereas Trump promised to be a dictator on the very first day of his term should he be elected.

Well, they weren't grifters, fraudsters and debt-dodgers who paid hush money to porn stars and cheated on their wives, AFAIK.

You don't know that. The media back in those days didn't go through the garbage looking for dirt like they do today.
