It is stunning to read Democrats declaring their contempt of a presumption of innocence in ANY situation.

Hopefully, NO Democrat will EVER be in charge of hiring for any company since 1.) actual job qualifications are irrelevant to many Democrats and 2.) many would make their decisions based upon gossip, not facts.

The difference? A SKILLED interviewer would ask "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" If following Democrat standards, instead would ask "have you ever been arrested?"

Most Democrats on this forum apparently see no difference between being charged with a crime and being convicted of a crime. Most Republicans on this forum understand the distinction.

Some accusations against both President Clinton and Senator Clinton were founded in fact. Many more aren't.

How many accusations against Kavanaugh have evidence to support them?

You had to shift gears to the "sexist" card you were forced to admit the historical context had nothing to do with modern usage. The modern usage isn't sexist, and isn't confined to a gender. And my usage was against an argument, not a person.

The Democrat Party declares "because this is a job interview there is a presumption of guilt" - and many Democrats like zombies chat that as if that is legit - rather than an affront to one of the most universally recognized human rights - the presumption of innocence.

to

What accusations? That he got a blowjob in the Oval? Or that she had staff that royally screwed up on a mail server?

As for Kavanaugh.. his testimony alone makes him unqualified to be a judge let alone on the SC. That he has lied so many times is ... shocking. And dont try to dismiss this, because lying was what Bill Clinton got busted for...

It is not opinion.. it is fact. The man went from almost crying to shouting and turning red in anger... that is hardly material for any court of law. Add to that the lies about his drinking.. the fact that he says a devils triangle is a freaking drinking game (on what planet?????) and others... When tons of his classmates and his freaking roommate come out and say he is lying about his time in law school... that he was a mean fall down drunk.. then what else is he lying about? Or are they all out to get him?

Kavanaugh is UNQUESTIONABLY qualified to sit on the USSC.
