These are real studies. If you had been following science through the pandemic, you would have already been aware of many of them.

The site I linked simply compiled the studies, just like a search engine would.

If you have a problem with the political leaning of the people who organized the site, you shouldn't be using Google or Yahoo. Their politics has nothing to do with the legitimacy of the studies.

I'm suggesting that physicians be allowed to prescribe the drug along with the patients. Without the interference of bureaucrats, some of whom have political motivations.

Let's see...my general practice doctor feels that of the actual MEDICAL studies done, HCQ hasn't really done anything for COVID-19 of any worth and that anyone with heart trouble like me (and it appears that close to 50% of the US has some form of heart disease or another and at varying levels) could suffer lethal side effects.

My cardiologist, a man whose entire job is to deal with the human heart and its related systems, has flat out told me that he will not allow me to take HCQ due to the side effects.

So, I have two, medically trained doctors tell me that risks of HCQ are too great. And that it has not been proven to affect COVID in any meaningful way.

It's not about politics...it is about science, medicine and two doctors who are trying to make sure I don't do something stupid with my already damaged heart.

Side note: I find it humorous that some on the right are all self-righteous on this topic and try to pin it on liberal politics...yet refuse to wear a mask due to mostly political reasons....
