To sum this up, the FDA is recommending that the decision to prescibe HCQ be up to individual physicians. They revoked its use in ER settings, most likely because ER doctors don't have extensive background into the patient's medical history.

Actually the Native Americans landed here long before the viking or Columbus did. They found this land and settled it for their tribes. Hence, the oldest country ever. If this is confusing you, please find a history book and read it, thanks.
