White Privilege

No, the delusion is denying that being born with white skin never holds one back like walking through life with black skin is likely to do. Of course, I don't expect much from liars but lies. So, there is that. It gets even worse when the liar is stupid. Trust me on that.

No, it is NOT skin color that holds people back, it has to be something else. People with very dark skin from India or the Middle East, for example, don't seem to have big problems in this country. Many of them seem very successful as medical doctors, business owners, etc.

So your theory is wrong. Dark skin alone is not enough to hold a person back in the US.

Got it, your paranoid delusions are confirmed in your own head,

That's gotta be one helluva ride through life.

I'm white. It's been an easy ride, tbh.

I can find you video of Jews saying that the Nazis provided them with a swimming pool at Auschwitz. Are you going to then pretend that there were no gas chambers there and argue the Death Camps were a paradise?

Your video was stupid and pointless.

Spoken by someone who NEVER watched the video, so you are arguing that apples are oranges because you can find watermelons who say they are dogs.....

Watch the video, he asks the questions, and the lady loses herself in the answer, you have no idea what was said, because you are stuck in your own head that this is a real thing....and yet when even black people are arguing that it's not....you still have to be the defender and say, yes it is, you are lying....so black people are lying.....about white priviledge cuz why.....it will help them to lie about it???

Tell that to the pop stars with dark skin who cannot compete with their lighter skinned counter parts.

BTW: you're wrong about India. The darker the skin there, the less likely you are to be one of the elite. It's such a big deal, billion-dollar industries are devoted to lightening the skin of women.

If you're going to challenge me. at least do your ****ing homework.

No. I know White Privilege is real. You are the one stuck, cuz.

Prove it.....that's the question the guy asked, would love to hear your answer vs the lady's answer....

It's wonderful having white privilege. I got into college entirely because of white affirmative action -- the college was required to accept a certain percentage of white students. And our whiteness was factored in with our grades and test scores.

Then, after graduating, I got my first job because of white affirmative action. Other people with the same qualifications but different skin color were competing for the same job. But because of diversity requirements, I was hired because my whiteness would make the company more diverse.

White privilege has been amazing. I never had to worry about money, I never had to worry about anything. I have to admit I sometimes feel a little guilty because of how easy my life has always been. And it was ALL because of my whiteness.

I always make sure to wear plenty of sun screen because I am terrified of losing my whiteness! People are always respectful and kind when they see my white skin. Even when driving in rush hour traffic, I don't get cursed at, as long as the other drivers can see that I am white.

And it doesn't even matter that I am Jewish and therefore not exactly white. My skin isn't actually white, to tell the truth, but it's far enough from black that I have the constant luxury of whiteness.

The only time I ever have any trouble is on the phone, when the other person doesn't know me and can't see my whiteness. If they start acting racist, assuming wrongly that I am a person of non-whiteness, I always yell into the phone "I AM WHITE I AM WHITE YOU DUMMY. BE NICE TO ME I AM SPECIAL BECAUSE I AM WHITE."

And that usually works.

I can't really explain in a brief comment all the wonders of being white. It truthfully never ends, from morning to night, the glories of my white skin.

Yes I feel a little guilty now and then, but then I think **** 'em ain't my fault they were born the wrong race!

Mr strawman give me a break, its so stupid its hard to taaaaake.

I prove it every single day. I am white. From being stopped by police without fear of being shot to interviewing for six-figure jobs with people who all look exactly like me, I have privileges that blacks could only dream about. Of course, I guess, if I was trying out for the NBA, that might not apply.

Hey--"We're all equal now." Amirite?

In sentencing, police policies, hiring practices with black sounding names, as well as how often you are to be wrongfully convicted. Your view is pretty much the default so i understand why rallies against police brutality are surprising.

I am not going to apologize for being a white male.

We are attacked from all directions

So you are saying black people can not interview for six figure jobs? Are you saying police only shoot black people?

No. Try reading my statement again.

I believe I am beginning to see the problem.

I did read your statement,

I asked you to prove white privilege, you stated that you live it, because you can interview for six figure jobs......you are insinuating that blacks cannot.....why?

So now you are intentionally misrepresenting what I wrote.

Thanks for proving me right about liars. :)

LMAO wait, white privilege exists because the people who interview you are white? What the actual ****? That's flat out retarded,

You're too childish and immature to discuss anything like an adult. Go play with your Lego's.

no....when i believe in a cause....i write a big check

all i hear from you all is talk....

i want to see ACTION which speaks louder than words

if you all truly believe what you are saying, and that white privilege led to your success, then GIVE IT UP

give your seat at that nice college to a black man which never got the shot

give your job to a black woman who has been held down

donate your home for a black family so they can move out of the projects....

IF YOU TRULY BELIEVE, then take action, and maybe more will follow....but there has to be the Rosa Parks to start this

are you Rosa Parks?

This entire thread is based on an age old racist trope.

I’ve been hearing this angry white resentment expressed in the same manner, and with the same set of false choices for fifty years.

Bigotry is easy to recognize. It never changes.

so now its racist to ask those that support a position to ACTUALLY support it, not be hypocrites

wow...what world do you live in

i bet you see bigots and racists hiding under your bed....hurry to your moms basement...your blankie is waiting there

Ah, so we've gone from denying white privilege exists to making asinine strawman arguments. Nice.

BTW, your comment about blacks living in the projects just proved that you agree whites are privileged.

White privilege doesn't "give you success". It simply makes it easier.

You can put in applications for jobs, or housing that are identical in every way except for the names, one black sounding, and one white sounding.

On average, the white sounding name will receive about 50% more callbacks.

Yes, it's deflecting from honestly answering what was asked of you by issuing an outrageous challenge.

Try this on. Cancer is bad. People who have it are at a disadvantage. So, by your reasoning, healthy people should give up their health to make things more equal.

Why not just admit, being in good health is an advantage, kind of like being white is?

So you are saying black people can not interview for six figure jobs? Are you saying police only shoot black people?

A black American would have to be either extraordinarily lucky, or extraordinarily well qualified to even get a callback for a six figure job. Given that black Americans are usually the last chosen to be hired, receiving fewer callbacks on average than white applicants, even with identical qualifications.

but only Blacks live in the projects?

cause i can show you projects where they ratio is 90% + white, and others that are 90% + hispanic

now who is being racist?

poverty knows no skin color....it hits EVERYONE....

Oh noes, more facts to make the racists' heads explode.
