The anonymous whistleblower who filed a complaint with the intelligence community inspector general, which includes allegations about President Donald Trump's conduct, has tentatively agreed to meet with congressional lawmakers, according to correspondence obtained by CNN.
The meeting could take place on the condition that acting Director of National Intelligence Joseph Maguire approves appropriate security clearances for the individual's legal counsel so that they can accompany their client, the correspondence showed.

Short answer? Probably not.

How many times has some group of true believers said "this is the thing that will finally bring down Trump!" only to find it was much (made intentionally to stir up emotions) ado about nothing?

I usually try to wait and see how it all comes out. So far, as expected, it was either a complete nothing or a minor bump in the road easily run over or moved around. :shrug:

I opposed all those Republican attempts to impeach Clinton for the same reasons I oppose the current efforts to impeach Trump. It was all partisan politics, and a desperate desire to impede a seated Administration's efforts to effect policy.

I did not like the Republicans doing it back then, and I do not like what the Democrats are doing now.

And yet, this is still not about an US president literally being caught in a story about the time his pants were down. That was the big reveal of a 2 year investigation by the GOP. It not about why you voted for Trump. You know, cause he would never have a dozen of infidelities like Clinton.

I digress. The point was simple: This isn't about a blowjob, and nobody cares if he got one while he was making the call because Democrats understand that Republicans have fully accepted Trump's immoral marital affairs. This is entirely about an US president working with a foreign government, like he literally told everyone he would if the opportunity was there.

I dislike seeing a person say this, but then again, it seems libs think it was all about Monica.

The charges were lying under oath and obstruction of justice. The charges had nothing to do with Monica or blue stained dresses, they stemmed from a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against Clinton by Paula Jones.

If they were sweating, why would they let the person testify? They seem to be doing the opposite--bending over backwards to get this out there ASAP. They wouldn't have released the transcript or the report lickety split if they were sweating it. They could have dragged this out for a year or more just in legal challenges/appeals.

The Democrats don't give a crap about corruption. They're as corrupt as it gets. They care about lost power and will accuse Trump of crimes just as they have been doing since the day he was elected.

Let me guess, you weren't biased in your review of Trump's evidence? Is that what we are supposed to believe here? Not like you held this opinion before or after the transcript was given out. Right? Don't be facetious. We are all friends and I don't have time for shy women.

Serious though. Is there a transcript version of events that could be produced by the WH that would have changed your mind when you have held an opinion before any evidence was even provided? With a WH that literally sharpies a hurricane path in to prove a meaningless point? An act you've coincidentally tried to convince adults didn't happen? The answer to anyone who comes across any of your last 100 posts on the subject is clear.

Again and for the last time: the lie by Trump supporters here is that the Trump impeachment would be just like the Clinton one. I don't remember the Clintons calling up the Canadians or anyone to help him beat whatever cuck the GOP sent his way like Trump admitted he would do if the opportunity was there.
