You still haven't told me why white people are holding black people back in the USA today...what advantage do whites get from blacks failing ? If there is an advantage to blacks failing why don't Americans hold Asians back too?

I was in the USA three years ago and I got the impression that there are less than half of the whites there. In addition to black people, there are many chinese, arabs, japanese, people from India, from Pakistan, from Iran.
It is strange why many poor people of different nationalities coming to the United States improve their lives, why cannot blacks do this?

They can, and MOST do.
