Braised spicy tofu with an extra spicy cucumber kimchi.
Yes, but you want to really stir it up. Drain the pasta leaving enough water to cook the beaten egg while stirring it. Leave enough water to keep it from drying out like you would ramen, soupy.Does the egg cook like a scrambled egg? Do you keep pasta water in the macaroni before adding it? I think this dish has a name; I just can't think of it.
Feel better soon.Had my flu and covid shots this morning. Forgot to take an Aleve before I napped and woke up sore and achy. My husband got me some chicken soup and apple kugel from the deli. He had pastrami.
I can raise my arms and type.Feel better soon.
My aide and I found a farm stand today out in the middle of nowhere and I loaded up with tomatoes--a yellow one, too. She said they're sweet. Can't wait to put it on my club sandwich tomorrow. We had some leftover rice from yesterday so that turned into egg fried rice. Oodles of tomatoes on the side. The ones that are now coming in are so sweet, they don't need dressing.
Good on you. I hope they are as good as you were told and wish I could send you some.My aide and I found a farm stand today out in the middle of nowhere and I loaded up with tomatoes--a yellow one, too. She said they're sweet. Can't wait to put it on my club sandwich tomorrow.
Do you make your German potato salad? I love it, haven't had it in years. Some of the recipes I've see don't seem right. I remember tangy/vinegary but mildly sweet dressing with lots of herbs, crumbled bacon and sliced potatoes. That's it, I think.Nuremberger brats, Dijon mustard, German potato salad, cucumber and and onion salad, lemon water.
I wish I can say yes but it’s from a Mennonite butcher shop. Same place I bought the brats.Do you make your German potato salad? I love it, haven't had it in years. That is some fishy businessBusiness dinner. We took the couple for an early supper of fresh off the boat at our favorite seafood place before their flight to Vt . Speckled trout, shrimp, oysters, Hatteras clam chowder, She-crab soup.
Yum.Banana pudding, pecan pie and Atlantic beach pie for dessert.
They were very nice people, and it was a chance to show off what our area has to offer. It got to the point when everyone was sharing our entrees. Good times. That is some fishy business
