What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

My husband scrambled us some eggs, nuked some pre-cooked bacon, made grits and toasted some muffins. Hot cocoa.
Did your hubby make your grits the way any self respecting citizen of the south would make them or did he use instant 😵‍💫 grits?🤣
 
I made Bangkok style chicken with carrots and rice. I'm not sure how it was Bangkok style, but it was fine, and I didn't **** it up. My wife hasn't tried it yet, so we'll see how that goes.

Instant? Hell, no. He watched my mama make them and she always use what her mama used, Quick grits. I mean we're not talking risotto, here.:giggle: We made Margherita pizzas tonight on the back porch.

Lots of yummy stuff going on .

We have been away so lots of restraunt meals. With all our grands age 4 to 10 so that let's you know the level of the cuisine experience...LOL.! Last night was BBQ chicken, grilled asparagus and herb roasted potatoes. Tonight pork schnitzel, fresh yellow beans and garlic mashed potatoes.....strawberries over homemade biscuits and more than a touch of whipped cream for dessert

Home made pizza,...pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. So so I thought but DH loved it so all's good
