[W:161]Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

umm because he didn't do anything wrong compared to biden.

so far no one has testified to quid pro quo and in fact taylor pretty much said trump was innocent.
as he heard or had no conversation in which linkage was discussed.

I think you are living in an alternate world. If you can’t see trump is bad news by now, I’m afraid you never will. It’s sad that you keep defending him with each damning testimony.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Yea me too. His faux rampages of no substance are so hysterical they make me spit out my coffee. He is literally that funny.

actually he does things that leftist hate.

actually ask relevant questions about factual information.
which we know that leftist hate facts, reason and logic because it destroys 100% of everything they say.

the only 2 arguments leftist ever have is appeal to emotion and ad hominems.

Jim jordan is making schiff look like an idiot for calling these people to testify.
you know people that have 100% zero knowledge of anything.

but only the leftist care about the non-testimony on facts and leave out any actual facts such as
yea there was no linkage that i heard on any of my phone calls.

what alternate world is that? is that not joe biden? did he not admit to getting the prosecutor fired or else they were not getting the money?
please tell me what alternative reality version of joe biden was that?

leftist deflection and denial arguments are no longer valid.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

she has no knowledge. she was fired. she has literally has nothing to add or nothing to give as testimony.

Other than than, of course, the fact she was subjected to a White House smear campaign apparently aimed at pushing her out so that Trump's team of goons would have free reign to pursue their goals of coercing Ukraine.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Nicely done by Schiff, reading current day tweets live into the record for her to respond to.
I am not sure anyone is arguing that Trump had the right to fire her, but if it was to do corrupt things and to attack her, that could be seen as an abuse of power.

No one on the Left hates Jim Jordan, not for his work in congress, they may have opinions of how he handled things during his wrestling coaching career.
No one hates him, because he is a joke. He is this term's Trey Gowdy, and will be remembered much like Ol Trey.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Don't lodge those fingers too deeply into your ears, you may hurt yourself.
One thing is for sure, you have no idea about how to lay the foundation of a case.

a foundation of nothing is still a foundation of nothing.
she either has evidence of quid pro quo or she doesn't

the fact that she was fired before the event even happened says that she has nothing.
which means her testimony and anything that she says is irrelevant to the actual case and charges.

anything that she says is simply her opinion not supported by anything other than she says so which is a circular logic fallacy.
all her tears and crying is nothing more than appeal to emotion fallacies that can be dismissed.

a foundation of a case is built on facts not witnesses that have no clue about said events.

Na the left hates him because he makes them look foolish like they can't do that more on their own already.
he actually deals in facts not opinions hearsay, speculation and conjecture.

you know things that don't matter.

he is pounding a hole right through all of schiff's lying.
you know the one that said he had all this evidence but his star witness
cleared trump of any wrong doing.

You can opine how this is nothing. It is so much nothing that a man who was elected to lead is rage tweeting about her.
Like I said, don't press too hard on those ol eardrums.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Nunes and Jordan must be losing their **** having to sit there and listen to the well laid out, logical testimony. Gee, what was Trump trying to do, will say no one.

The unfunny kind.

PUTIN........PUTIN......PUTIN.....hahaha

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

So amazing that she turn a blind eye to what Biden was doing in Ukraine.
It’s okay for the VP to bribe the Ukraine government.
It’s okay for your inexperienced son to sit on the board earning 50k a month because your last name is Biden.
She knew what was going on and ignored it. Most honorable of her.

Just to remind you what these hearings are all about, they're about the abuse of power of the president. They're about witness intimidation by Trump in real time as he's busy tweeting at the same time that she's testifying. They're about the bribing of a foreign government to interfere in our U.S. elections. They're about our very democracy and rule of law.

This woman is being held up as an example to any person that wants to work with our government in foreign service, that no matter how much integrity they have, no matter how much dedication to advancing U.S. democratic policies in the world, it will not matter. For one day, they might be a political target and taken out of service without cause and without as much as an explanation. Who would want a career with our foreign service in the future if that possibility looms over their heads?

that is her opinion that is not fact. she worked on behalf of the president she can be fired at any time for any reason.
so she sounds like a bitter fired employee that can't find work because she has no skills other than her cushy job in which
she really didn't care about corruption that much. you seem to be confusing biden with trump again.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

1) Jim Jordan always looks like he should be wearing a beanie with a propeller on it.

2) Yovanovitch has helped substantite the long-held theory that Trump is a mafia boss and his associates and family are neck-deep in corruption across the globe.

3) Dems should make a BEELINE for Trump's financial information after this testimony. Why has it taken so long? Jesus christ.

Why are you making this about joe Biden? The whataboutism is strong here. Regardless what Biden did or didn’t do, legal or not, does not make it okay for what trump did. Your effort to keep pointing out the Biden’s does not negate trumps wrongdoing. The precedent being set here is very scary. Any president withholding aid appropriated by congress to get something in return from a foreign country is downright extortion. It wouldn’t be okay for a dem president and Is not okay for trump. Just think the precedent this sets if trump gets away with this. Bribery and extortion would run rampant on all levels of government. What trump did is not okay ... REGARDLESS of what is found on the Bidens. A president should not be going to another government to open an investigation into his rival for his own gain, and dangle aid in their faces l, to boot. Why can’t you see this? All of these witnesses have the same narrative... trumps corruption. Why can’t you see this? Please wake up and be honest with yourself.

I agree that your post is a foundation of nothing.

Because the issue is still in the courts, DEMS keep winning in the courts, but there is still one more case to be had.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

I'm sure Trumpists will continue to complain about sourcing while cheering as those with more direct knowledge are blocked from testifying by the White House.

Good faith arguments from people with solid intentions.

What a hypocrite. Of course democrats are allowing republicans to subpoena whom ever they want. Right?

You solve the democrats and republicans problem by voting to impeach and let’s get this into the senate.
Both parties can then subpoena whom ever they want.

Yes, it sounds like her career serving in Mogadishu, Moscow during a gun battle in the middle of a coup attempt, Krygyztan, and others were very "cushy" jobs.

Again, great look for you people trying to personally destroy another career public servant for no other reason than that they came forward to speak the truth.

None which happened based on Taylors testimony.

that is what happens when you work on behalf of a president. you can be fired for any reason at any time for anything.
if i remember correctly and i do obama fired a ton of attorney's at the department of justice for no reason and without cause.
and just in case you try to deny it.

Obama to replace U.S. Attorneys - POLITICO

as eric holder said elections matter.

Re: Marie Yovanovitch testimony -- comments

Trump's attacks of U.S. intelligence and U.S. ambassadors matches statements by Putin?
Say it isn't so. Stop, tell me it's false. I can't believe it. I can't believe Trump aligns his messages with Putin, that's outlandish. really.

Purely a cosmic coincidence. Nothing less, nothing more.
Sometimes in life things just happen by osmosis.

More deflection away from Trump's crimes by bringing up what Hillary, er, Biden did.
If the Republicans have evidence to hold a hearing about Joe Biden then do it, otherwise that is not what this hearing is about. It's about Donald Trump's mob-like corruption while President of the United States, so shut up about Biden until he's in the hot seat. Pathetic.
