TYT's Cenk asks media, 'Are you doing your job AT ALL?'

Nope, it's all laid out in the video. With quotes and sourcing from legit investigative journalism. That TYT work is actually being used for the official investigation. So if you don't want to look, that's on you.

Cenk denies the Armenian genocide. Not giving him my click. If you cannot defend your point in your own words then we’re done here.

That could be an argument to oppose just about anything.

Then let's go all in on single payer, so the constituency doesn't get the chance to miss out, and then the republicans will be forced to deal with it lightly.

I am all for single payer and regularly voice my support. But I also understand the pragmatic approach Pete seeks. There are positives and negatives to both strategies.

I will whet your appetite, though.

Mayor Pete will do exactly what he's told to do, by his corporate donors. Nothing more, nothing less.

Anyone perceive a problem with certain voters if Mayor Pete gets the nomination? He may win over oblivious, selfish, and corrupted white neo-liberals, but they are not the base of the Democratic party.

The negative is that it will be undermined. I understand the wont for pragmatism, but compromise has gotten us nowhere.

He claims to have turned around on the issue, but if he did he’d change the name of the program.

I keep hearing that he did but dont recall seeing that he did, only the video clarifying their stance. The name of the show has more to do where Cenk is from. Dont think Ana would have stayed on for so long if that were the case.

Compromise got ACA. It isn’t perfect but it is better than what we had before. If Obama went all in on single payer do you think it would have gotten through with the moderate/neoliberal/blue dog Democrats? I don’t think so.

Compromise is the art of politics but compromise wont get us anywhere with an openly hostile party with nothing but ill intent holding power.

Hmm i thought that change was to appease Republicans.

No, but I think now he would have. As it stands too much compromise has moved us too far to the right.

Please. Cenk admits that he wasn't thinking when he chose the name. However, your original assertion is based on outdated info. Cenk is Turkish and admits that he was fed Turkish propaganda on the issue. He also used to a conservative Republican. Anna Kasperian is an Armenian, by the way.

Precisely this. Until the GOP stops its unprecedented drift into pure authoritarianism, there can be no compromise.

Ana is delicious. She also gaped Lahren at politicon. Was hilarious, did watch.

Geoist: Now that you have been provided additional info, with sourcing, without the need to click on TYT links, are you still comfortable with Mayor Pete? Honest question, not trying to get under your skin.

Dems have to realize that the good ol friends from the other side will stop at nothing so hardball with extreme prejudice will need to be played.

Exactly. Like Cenk said; crush their spines, utterly decimate them, then lift them up and help them after they admit utter, inglorious defeat.

Perhaps he could rename the show something a bit more sensitive to the victims of genocide. Perhaps something like the "Storm Detachment". Or maybe "Rise Up."

I thought he changed his mind on the issue, but maybe not. After looking it up, he apparently rescinded the article he wrote stating he was ‘not a scholar on the subject’ but hasn’t come out and acknowledged the genocide happened.

I don’t know what motivates Kasparian, but she has been weirdly defensive about the topic. The name for the show is connected to a group that was responsible for genocide. For someone who think words like ‘redskin’ should be banned and that words matter, he can be a bit of a hypocrite.

From Buttigieg's scandal in South Bend, to Biden's horrendous record, Cenk asks the MSM, 'Are you doing your job at all? AT ALL?'

It's not about slamming centrists, which I love to do, it's about putting everything on the table so that voters can make an informed choice during the primaries. Protecting Dems during the primaries is a terrible idea, I don't care if it's Biden or Sanders or Gandhi. This stuff will come out during the election if any of these guys are the nominee. Then what? Right, then we're stuck and either holding our collective noses or sitting out the election. Out of curiosity, how does collective nose-holding motivate turn out? Meanwhile, Trump supporters will jump out of a 10-story window to cast their vote.

Headline should read TYT's Cenk asks the media are you doing your job the way I tell you to do it?
