Why would I defend Trump? You should read more closely and at least make a piddling effort at understanding. I defend policy and principles, not politicians. I actually don't agree with Trump's trade policies, but they are at least headed in the right direction when compared to the vacuum offered by the left on that front. So Let me ask you exactly what your preferred policy with regard to trade and China is. Don't bother attacking Trump. There's already quite enough of that, and it's largely mindless BS. What, exactly would you do?

I think he's a narcissist so he really does believe he's the special chosen one to save us.

He ran a strong man campaign based on the idea that he would fix things through the power of his persona. Voters believed it since he was a TV star on "The Apprentice."
