The natural attributes of private rights

Private rights are included in human rights

So when we accuse a dictatorship of "human rights abuses" that can be just denying people the right to own land ?

I think you should know the answer better than me. At least as it should be for political rights. Because I have never really fully enjoyed political rights in China, and I am only a temporary guest in the United States.

You mean political rights = the right to vote?

So what is included in "economic rights" and life rights" ?

Where can I see a list ?

If it is a peaceful protest, there should be no need to send federal forces to intervene. But what I see does not seem to be the case. Of course, there should also be laws to follow for the federal dispatch of forces to intervene.

Such a law allowing federal troops to be deployed against American citizens on American soil does far more damage to the constitution than a few criminal rioters.

Of course, an individual has the right to own his own land, but you must legally acquire it through transactions and purchases.
I think human rights mainly include three aspects, namely, economic rights, political rights, and life rights. 1. Economic rights mainly include the right to private ownership, free exchange and independent labor. When China was under Mao Zedong's rule, these three types of economic rights were most seriously violated or deprived. The CCP implements a publicly-owned planned economy, and individual houses are even publicly owned and not owned by individuals. The private economy is strictly prohibited, the citizens’ right to exchange freely is deprived, and the citizens’ right to work independently is also deprived. In rural areas, farmers can only participate in collective labor, similar to working in concentration camps. In short, almost all of the economic rights of Chinese nationals were deprived or severely trampled on.
2. In my understanding, political rights include the right to vote and be elected, the right to freedom of speech, the right to march and demonstrate, the right to be free from illegal detention, and so on.
3. The right to life includes the right to be protected from physical harm and the right to survive
This is my opinion, not necessarily correct and perfect.

If it is exactly what you said, you should try to amend the relevant laws. But I think if the riots cannot be resolved in the relevant state, federal forces will have to intervene.

The land around his house perhaps, but a beach or a mountain ?
What right has an individual to keep someone else off a beach ?

And who has the right to sell land ?

Fair enough

But are they written down anywhere to read ?

Perhaps the ownership of beaches, mountains, and land has a clear ownership.
It should be the national government at first, and there will be private land transactions in the future.

In fact, I have not seen other people's classification of human rights systematically. Maybe because I read less books. This classification of human rights is my opinion and may not be correct and appropriate.

No government has the right to sell off land - at least not to an individual or company

No government owns the land in a country

IMO, human rights means that your government treats you with respect, doesn't harms or confine you in any way.

The U.S. government had sold land to individuals at very cheap prices in history.

But I would dispute that the US government had the right to sell that land.

You might also question the government's right to issue currency? If the country owns a large area of land that does not belong to any individual. Who should have the right to sell land?

No-one

At best an individual might rent some land, but not own it.

The government is the custodian of the land and may "manage" it.

Your view is close to socialism

Socialism is concerned with the equal distribution of wealth, what's evil about that ?

The absolute equality promised by socialism has never been realized. It is true that absolute inequality, plunder, massacre, and lies.

Socialism is a great idea, that we just haven't been able to make work yet.

The existence of God cannot be fully proved. But we can explain the existence of an eternal ontology based on existing phenomena and scientific discoveries. This ontology is omnipresent, and we can also speculate that it is omnipotent.

Actually you can't.

Actually you can't.

The history of this world was created, and the mark of creation can be seen everywhere. All science explains this creative process. People can draw such conclusions with inductive thinking.

What can you see evidence of a "creator" ?

no it can't and no it isn't. You would have to first prove a creator exists, in order to prove everything was created. Science has shown that matter/energy can not be created or destroyed, negating your creation claim.

In my opinion, energy is the form of God's existence. Some principles of physics are working because of the existence of energy fields.

Your opinion doesn't really mean anything. You can in no way demonstrate a creator exists, or that everything was created. This shows rights to be arbitrary human constructs. There is no such thing as natural rights, or inherent rights.

I wrote a article (the Existence of God) to discuss the topic. I have posted it on "believes and skepticism"
