As to the other point, McCraven is a subject matter expert on American security, unlike you. As with any expert opinion, only a fool would dismiss it out of hand.

BTW. We are happy to hear from experts as to why Trump is a good president. Are there any? Most experts on these matters rank Trump at or near the bottom of all US Presidents. Absent a competent, contrary opinion, that seems to be what it is.

Trump’s Amexit strategy is proof of his tearing-down the relationship we’ve had with our closest allies to uphold, together, democracy as a standard for all to aspire and keep as the very best form of government to be had, for which our founders chose a Republic as the most appropriate form of a democracy and has put America in the position of leader of the free world, until Trump has used his Amexit strategy to lose our leadership position. We are no longer looked-up to. We, with our allies, defend democracy against the dictators that wish to destroy it who Trump actually admires. Another example of Trump attacking our republic. Trump is anti-American and unpatriotic. He is abandoning America in favor of despots.

I'm not talking about my political opponents, I'm talking about radical obstructionism in our government that is causing the political balance to lean increasingly to the fundamentalist right.

It's about objective balance correction, not partisan non-sense.

If we don't reform the aspects of government that the right wing are using to corrupt it, then we will continue to end up in a long-term death spiral as a nation.

Like I said it's early days, but the problems are self-compounding when not addressed.

The investigation isn’t over, yet. But it will be. He’s running scared now. Even pulled back on Doral. But, all roads do lead to Putin. Putin has Trump in his pocket.

Agreed....I'd fall out laughing if it happened...in 2009 I was present for a very real bloodless coup in which Zelaya was shown the way to an F5 Tiger and flown to Costa Rica in his jammies and simply dropped at the airport with a no return accepted sticker
