Who said that when I stated the President or Trump I was strictly speaking of those words? You don't have to say "President Trump" to mention him in a thread.

Now you're arguing semantics. Did I directly named the president, yes I did. Was that my point? No, it wasn't. My point was that a thread nowadays seems to can't last without someone mentioning the president in some form or fashion. Unless you're willing to say that when you said "tyrant", you weren't referring to the current president, you illustrated my point. I'm done now as this is off topic.

Well then there's always the GOA to take over the fight for gun rights, and in many ways I like the GOA better than the NRA.

Don't you think the GOP would accept their new role as the world's leading gun rights organization with a cautionary tale about working with Russians or any other foreign source of funds?
