No real up and coming coach would want to play for an organization like that- Elway has very little patience and his win now attitude doesnt give time for young QBs to develop. I bet Flacco gets one season if he's lucky before Elway boots his butt out in favor of another old veteran.

Probably true...unless Flacco performs ALA Manning. The biggest problem this year is the quality of the QBs available in the draft.

This probably means Rosen is gone...lol...I doubt the Cards will be holding onto him. Weird how some sports organizations constantly screw up. They should have traded Rosen earlier when they could have got something for him.. They had the #1 pick, they KNEW they were getting a QB. Now that they waited they won't get much for him.

Trade rumors have swirled around him throughout the offseason amid speculation that Arizona could draft Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray with the No. 1 pick in the 2019 NFL draft.

The Cardinals did just that in the first round of the draft on Thursday, bringing rumors of a trade again to a fever pitch.

On Thursday night, General Manager Steve Keim said the situation is "unprecedented, unique," but that they would "absolutely" be comfortable still having both quarterbacks on the roster come training camp. Coach Kliff Kingsbury was not ready to name either as the starter when asked.

"It's not just about stacking quarterbacks," Keim said. "We have two really good ones. And again, I've said it over and over, depth is a big thing in the NFL. Attrition is real, and you never know when you're going to need another one."

Cards already blew their best chance. That's my point, the cards KNEW they were going to draft #1 and be drafting a QB. Drafting # 1 they knew they were going to get Murray. So they should have traded Rosen before the draft. Now that they waited a few of the teams that would have been in the market for Rosen, no longer are. Giants, Redskins, etc... I see only Miami left. And maybe, MAYBE the Chargers, as a future replacement for Rivers.

But the market for him is much smaller now than it was 2 weeks ago.

He flat out said on the tape she should feel threatened by him!! This is the woman he plead guilty to hitting and choking 3 years ago.. Sounds pretty incriminating to me.

As for why no child abuse charges were filed it is my understanding because she backed Hill and lied for him the DA didn't have enough evidence to how, or who broke the child's arm.

I thought Haskins was the top QB in the draft. IMO the Skins had to be happy as hell he dropped to 15.

Absolutely. But I'm talking about quiet type, the old fashioned pocket passer type the Giants love. You know he's the pocket passer that Eli is and the giants still seem to want to stick with that type of quarterback instead of the running option quarterback that a lot of other teams are going with..

the point is there is not enough evidence against the NFL player for the local law enforcement to make a case

That tape was damning.. Him threatening a women he already abused.. Makes it sound like he hasn't learned a damn thing.. And I'll bet the local authorities will soon be re-opening the child abuse case. Probably against both him and his girl friend.
