Major League Baseball 2019

Good season indeed. Too bad Rendon will be signing with the Phillies or Angels next year.

Didn't care that the Phils signed Harper last year. Oh well. The Nats had problems to address and trades to make and all their resources blown on Harper just wasn't worth it. But Rendon? I want the Nats to fight like HELL to keep him.
5 game sweep tonight!

I'm rooting for the NATS because I'm somewhat afraid of the Brewers. Actually, I'm somewhat afraid of everyone, our pitching staff is a mess.

Nats clinched home field for the wild card game Tuesday.

Hats off to the Cards. They truly hung in there early and took over late in the season.

Boos to the Cubs and Indians, both teams quit, IMO.

Twins, Yanks and Stros are far better than the Dodgers, Braves and Cards. I doubt anyone argues much about that.

American League wins the WS again.

Hard to go against NYY, but I like Houston this year.

I do not predict baseball, but I'm rooting for the Nats.

Nationals offered him $215 for 7 years.

That's a lowball offer. Rendon is worth at least 250 for 7 years.

Yeah, it's an initial offer and Rendon is right to turn it down. Now we wait to see if the Nats organization is serious about signing him. Fingers crossed for that, and a win tonight!

Hader did not have a great night, but then again, neither did Max. The Nats made it happen and it was electric.

i dont look at it as the nats winning. I look at this game more as the Brewers losing
That is precisely what it was. MKE had a handle on this game for 8 innings but lost it in the last one. One butterfingered outfielder (and loaded bases) was all it took.

ETA: GO TWINS!

In the 8th Nats manufactured three runs from: HBP, broken bat single, W, single, E9.
Nats have been hurt often enough by fluke plays in post seasons past. Seems like karma that one went their way this time.

Josh Hader pulled a Kenley Jansen.

The Brewers win by 5+ if Christian Yelich didn't get injured.

I think even most Nationals fans can admit that.

The Nationals didn't even play that well. The Brewers deserved to win!

Both those teams are weak.

You won't see me trash talking too much. The Doyers are a fragile super power. They are vulnerable, but the NATs are an inferior team.

Whistling past the graveyard?

with Blake Snell and those pitchers I would not be surprised to see them beat Houston. Not expecting it, but the Rays are an underrated team.
