Judge rejects Manafort's request to modify bail terms - The Hill today

Just thought I'd point out that your timeline is off. You should prolly read the indictments before making stupid statements that are contradicted by the actual facts.

So your new point since the first one was shot down by quoting the judge is, apparently, the stupid judge is also stupid because he considers Manafort a flight risk. If that's not moving the goal posts, I don't know what could be.

I have only seen that the judge was worried.

I have yet to see legal documents that say he is a flight risk.

If you can supply them, then do so. Because acting asinine isn't going to help you in the least.

The terms of the bail indicate the judge believed Manafort is/was a flight risk. That's why the bail amount is very $large. That's all you need to know - that and he's QUOTED as saying he's a flight risk. I don't know what more anyone can provide.

1) Judge: "The charges are significant and his ties and assets abroad are significant so I have concerns about flight"
2) Judge: Bail is set at $10 million

Judge considers Manafort a flight risk. Q.E.D.

So... I ask for proof that he is registered as such and it doesn't show.. great.

Because most I can find is that he is to be considered a flight risk due to all of these qualifications from other sources and multiple iterations from what the judge said.

I would like some actual documentation. Otherwise, this is just the media blowing smoke all over again.

No idea, we keep seeing overblown, exaggerations from most of these news outlets and when we do go looking. It turns out they are usually blowing smoke.

There was no indication that Manafort was waiting on help, or expecting it. Not to mention everything that I have seen claimed against Kushner is pretty standard and/or pretty far fetched.

This whole investigation became a contest for grasping straws a long time ago. Not to mention they are trying so hard to nail Trump's people on anything they can, when they can't actually touch him in actuality. I wonder if people have noticed that a vast majority of these people have stopped talking about the collusion issue (not that it was one in the first place).

Its like they realized there was no meat on that particular bone.

Well.... that is a good theory. But I don't think Trump needs the money to associate with Manafort in that manner..... nor would President Trump commit to questionable activity...... especially in the light of the Hillary Clinton fiasco - and his promise during his campaigning.... to lock her up.

President Trumps selection of "Command and Control."

So as of now - I see Mike Pence doing an EXCELLENT job. Tillerson at State is doing a real good job..... and he sure as hell has his work cut out for him.

Most everyone else.... especially in the beginning - WAS TERRIBLE. You would have figured that during his campaign he would have had all this sorted out and hit the ground running when he assumed office. Turns out the most of his picks were dumbasses .

He had most of his picks settled. If what remain of the sycophants didn't try disrupt everything he was doing. Its kind of hard to get anything done with people actively trying to sabotage your office all of the damn time.
