Yes. Attacking Trump renders their service null and void because Trump is never to be contradicted. That is how a dictator rules not a President. No man is above the law or the judgments of society. As an American you should know that.

Even if this was fantasy land and your ideas were true, it would still not be appropriate for POTUS to twitter those deplorable comments. So no, you're wrong as usual. Maybe watch some talking potato heads, they average better than your posts.

He gave it to the FBI after the election...which was the correct thing to do, the ethical thing to do. FBI can decide if it's useful or not. Covering it up, would be wrong.

As to calling it "fake dossier", that's just trump con-artist speak for "I hate the dossier, attack my peons, attack it!!".
 
Trump is at 93% approval rating with the shrunken GOP. The party is his, lock, stock, and barrel. It is more fully the party of Trump than it was ever the party of Reagan or Lincoln.

So no, there will be no viable challenger for 2020. And any candidate for subsequent elections thereafter will need to kiss Trump's ring when he leaves office, whether it be via defeat in 2020 or term limits in 2025.

Just calling the reality of things.

Wasn't Trump complaining about McCain's Repeal & Replace vote and his involvement with the dossier? Yes. That's politics.
Like everything else nowadays, a person has to know who said something before they can decide if they agree with what was said.
The reason for the Left's support for McCain now is the person complaining about him. That's politics too.

If Trump read the room carefully, I think he'll learn that there's a limit to expressing pettiness. His attack on McCain didn't make much sense to me because he made it into a personal one instead of critiquing policy. More importantly, the differences between the two aren't relevant anymore since McCain has passed. Trump's comment about not being thanked for McCain's funeral and about not liking him were in very poor taste. Whether or not this opens the door to a Republican challenge is still doubtful and will depend on how much more Trump shoots himself in the foot.

The man is dead. How long is Trump going to rant about this stuff? He’s been doing it since Saturday. The silence in Ohio yesterday says a lot. It is time for him to move on.

Obamacare and the dossier live on, McCain had a hand in those, and that's what Trump was complaining about.
