That law (Section 230) is about their services providing diversity. Censorship is antithetical to diversity.

As for breaking up these big organizations, I've never felt like I didn't have an alternative. These guys get big by doing a good job. As long as I have somewhere else to go if I get mad at them, I don't see the reason to get up in their business.
