How a person expresses their gender(their gender expression) is not the same as their innate gender identity.
Yeah I understand what you mean when you use the term gender identity. You're talking about something that is integral to the person something that can't be changed something born in them. Sort of like the way people conceptualize homosexuality or heterosexuality for that matter.

Being transgender or nonbinary is more acceptable in some cultures but they would also be male or female regardless of the culture they live in.
I absolutely think it should be acceptable and people shouldn't be made to feel as though they're outsiders because they are transgender.
A transfemale is not a boy and they never were, even before their transition because of their innate gender identity was always the same, even if it was not outwardly known or visable.
This is where you talk past me. A boy is a biological male so yes if you're born male you're a boy. Even if there is a such thing as gender identity and it is as you say it is, even if I accept that, even if you convince me of that. The person with a gender identity that doesn't go with their sex is still a boy if they're born male.
Boy means juvenile human male.

You are using words that are sex exclusive to describe gender identity this is why I say you're trying to erase sex and replace it with gender identity.
I can accept trans boy or trans man and understand we're talking about a female that wants to be seen as a male. I can oblige all of that with certain restrictions that I'm allowed to have.
