Even in 2008, the single biggest difference between Hillary and Obama with respect to pure policy was that Hillary was still advocating Single Payer while Obama didn't think it was feasible. It was only after Obama won(on the strength of votes from a lot of Bernie Bros I might add) that Hillary gave up on Single Payer and threw her support behind the ACA. I love Obama, and I voted for him over Hillary, but if Hillary Clinton had won the 2008 primary over Obama she too would have almost certainly won a huge victory over McCain and had a super majority in the Senate. If that would have happened guess what you'd have today? Single Payer Health Care.

I chose [at least] two terms for purely practical reasons. Firstly we cannot see into the future so any more is just bold prophecy. I think she is unlikely to have even a primary challenger because the constituents that voted for her wanted change, they wanted a progressive and will likely still want that when she's up for re-election. So unless she screws up completely they won't want to change her.

Looking further ahead the end of the two-term mark is where fatigue can set in. If she hasn't really delivered on promises and gets absorbed into the mainstream, someone better might come along. I expect if she keeps doing what she's doing and gets results for her constituents then she'll last a lot longer, but I give her a minimum of two terms.

There is no way the Hillary of 2008 would have advanced SPHC, when Obama who had ostensibly the more progressive, ambitious platform at the time, struggled to deliver even the relatively unambitious ACA without a public option due to Manchin's meddling (and other similar insurer subverted interests within his own party; Manchin was the most egregious case though). As to the 'supermajority', Obama polled better than Hillary did among independents.

Regarding Hillary being a corporatist, I look at her biggest donors and industry supporters, her statements and positions with regard to key progressive policy ('Singlepayer will never happen') and see everything I need to know; it's as plain as day. If it's any consolation, my opinion on Obama isn't much different for the same reasons. Even if she isn't a corporatist (and I have plenty of reason to believe she is) she sure as hell ain't no progressive, nor even remotely in AOC's ballpark on core, definitive policies.

I think you'll be gravely disappointed if you think she'll move on core policies like MFA, universal college and the like (which the majority of the country strongly supports by the way, and are becoming more, not less popular). Personally I think some of her goals with the GND are more aspirational than practical, but beyond that, I don't see anything about her policies that imply ignorance. If you meant she's relatively uninformed about the litany of existing policies in place, I can see that as she hasn't been in the game nearly long enough to be fully oriented.

Thank you, and apologies if I took it the wrong way. You do have to understand why women get so angry when things like this happen. It's not just women like her. It's women anywhere, where there are a much higher number of men than women.

I'd bet if you polled women on this site, many of them would admit to being frustrated that they aren't taken as seriously, despite the fact that they are just as smart, or capable, or well-read as the men (and in some cases more so).

I tried to add some interpretation to your question. I don't think that she will be defeated in a primary. While many of your assertions are correct, I surmise that she will either run for President in 2024 or someone who wants her out of the way will give her a no-show high paying job. It's obvious that she's a political prostitute and definitely for sale.
