I agree with Smoke and Mirrors. The number that I've heard is somewhere between 10 and 20 thousand.
Apparently you are another who knows zippo about Islam. You want to condemn Islamic terrorists for what they do, I agree. Condemning Islam or all Muslims makes you no different than someone from the KKK or from how you inaccurately portray Islam.
are they outspoken or are they sensationalized?
Seems no one, especially those who like to lament or call people nazis won't answer, I thought I'd make this it's own topic.
out of a country of 350 million people, how many do you believe identify as national socialists, fascist, and/or white nationalists?
How big is the problem?
Ottoman Empire was Islamic

I do not, of course, condemn all Muslims - that cheap little trick does not really work now, does it?
Having lived in two Islamic countries I know quite a lot about Islam. If you wish to defend that dreadful intolerant philosophy and political programme go right ahead. But perhaps that we be more difficult than throwing around childish insults.
It'd be no different than condemning the entirety of christianity because there happens to be a whackjob group of protestants called the KKK
"in the United States"
Read my quote and comprehend it fully before commenting on it please.
That's good to hear. Rethink how you comment so you don't give the opposite impression.
Where you lived is really irrelevant. What you understand is relevant. So, do you understand that any philosophy and ideology can be interpreted any number of ways and it is the behaviors associated with that interpretation that are usually problematic, not the philosophy/ideology in and of itself?
let’s say there are only 1000, (there’s more) if those “1000” produce one or two more Tim McVeigh’s. Is that a national threat? The point being is that if there are less than 1000 in a country of 350 million are they really a concern?
That’s a threat because this ideology prays on weak people who have no direction and are looking for something to believe in. Like that guy who blew up the federal building in Oklahoma. When they feel comfortable enough to do crap like this:
![]()
yes - they are a concern.
You can 'interpret' Nazi ideology side-ways, upside down, any which way, and it is still disgusting. The same is true for Islam.
Consider this: by far the greater victims of Islamic oppression are Muslims. It is MUSLIM 13 year old girls who have a noose placed around their necks by a mullah in Iran, it is MUSLIM women who are stoned to death for 'adultery' in Saudi Arabia. Millions of Muslim live under theocratic tyrannies around the world. Have a little compassion for them.
I wish I'd bet someone that you'd Godwin. I'd be really rich right now. If you don't know the difference between Nazism and Islam then you need to educated yourself.
Your appeal to emotion logical fallacy is just that. Since we know that many Muslims do not do or agree with any of the things you mention above, we know that Islam is not the issue, but the interpretation of Islam by certain individuals or groups.
Lenin often referred to 'useful idiots'. Those who, though not themselves Communists, were always ready to leap to its defence. How pleased the Islamists must be to enjoy the same kind of support.
Not all Nazis wear swastikas.

Name one islamic country that has gained liberties and become less oppressive the more islamic it became. I think that's what he's talking about. Individual muslims are fine, sure, but when they get together to form a country and government, peoples rights start getting oppressed.

Well said, reverend.
But you can also say the same aboot Christianity.
If Christians decided to run the country it would turn into a huge mess, and you can quote me on that

Somewhere in the vicinity of 30% of Americans are Trump supporters, and most of them appear to be white-nationalists, so there is a huge base to draw from.
By comparison, the communists only wish they had so many well-disposed American supporters.
