Hockey Fans get all Racist about it

If you see things in black and white, you'll miss out on what's actually happening. In your world if one crowd call out 'basketball', the other crowd must call out 'hockey'. In the real world they're more likely to call out some other name - like 'nerd'. Life isn't tidy and neat, to suit small ideas. It surprises you instead with something different. You might learn this if you go out more.

I met my wife at a hockey game.It was on denture cup night.Free team logo denture cup to the first 1000 fans.
 
My favorite hockey playee happend to be a black hockey player.

Never really thought of it in terms of race, just thought he was a good player. I guess i need to be more woke and think of it in terms of race.

I have seen so many drunk grown men taunting young 18,19,20 old hockey players. The alcohol gave these doughboy men the courage along with the fact that the players weren't going to be able to retaliate.

But there was karma one night playing in another team's barn. A drunk moron got into a verbal with two players in the penalty box. Well the beer gave him that courage and he tumbled into the penalty box with two athletes he had just been cussing out.
The penalty box attendant along with the linesman quickly got the idiot out. It was a great moment.

He's not the problem. Clearly, you are. He didn't make a single "broad brush" assumption in the OP. He spoke, clearly and concisely, about "some fans". LOL, Why do so many white conservatives get their panties wadded every time race is mentioned as a subject of discussion? And, you don't really want to get into all of the uncalled-for overt and thinly-veiled racialized remarks made on FoxNews during the Obama years, do you?

No, it was a Canadien Western Junior Hockey League game. I have see that one of Tie before. Love the announcers who loved it. The one said, "I'm so happy that fan fell in."

I like major events that have "Family Sections", where no alcohol is permitted. I have seen alcohol induced ignorance at most every type of professional sporting event.
