Illegal immigration is down. Way down. Because of Trump and the Republicans. What in the hell have Democrats done to curb illegal immigration? They have gone from having sanctuary cities to now having a sanctuary state.

That's because Obama was the "Deporter in Chief", much to the chagrin of Democrats and Progressives, who won't do anything to secure the borders and instead want open borders. Of course these lefties are much more vocal now under Trump than they were to Obama, but the fact is, Obama was bucking what the party wanted. I give him credit for that.

So far, I've seen nothing to dispute the facts spoken. Not to be confused with the other sides story. Much of which is later found to be untrue.

A good point. Only those who see the world through a prism of race would think that the families who lost loved ones are concerned about the race of the killers.

It is hard to tell if people who try to make it a racial issue are sincere (but naive) or are trying to hide the salient word in all this "illegal".

Far and away the most fomenting of hate that I see daily comes from the raving left. Yea, let's put Barron Trump in a cage with pedophiles. Let's put Kristjen Neisen naked in a cage to be poked with sticks and filmed for posterity. Oh, and all Trump supporters are "Nazis" don't forget.

I think most of us are aware of illegal immigrants. They're picking crops, waiting for jobs at Home Depot, doing landscaping, cleaning dishes, working in hotels. These people come to the country to make money and send it back to their families. Only hateful idiots believe they are more likely to commit crimes than U.S. citizens.

I think some people who are not very bright think that illegal immigrants should not ever commit any crime. More intelligent people understand that there are criminals in every population. In all populations the criminals are a small minority. It makes little sense to judge the group by the actions of a small minority within the group. It's like judging all Whites based on the actions of White supremacists.

You pointed to a couple of individuals and claimed that they represent the left. Can I do the same regarding the right?

Is it possible that you're painting the left with a broad brush? There's no unified left just as there is no unified right. These are all coalitions of different groups. And within groups you have individuals.

Characterizing groups based on the actions of individuals is irrational. Are you irrational? Moreover, trying to characterize illegal immigrants based on the activity of a tiny minority of criminal illegals is also irrational. Do you admit that it's irrational to characterize an entire group based on the actions of a minority?

It was worse when Obama was president. Part of that is just the normal cycle of politics. But because Obama was Black, the hatred reached a fevered pitch.

You don't have to wonder about "when" when you are talking about the Right in America. They have a long history of violence.
