Georgia school district reverses transgender-friendly bathroom policy after death threats

I believe I said "deviant" but whatever. Thanks for answering for me. :2wave:

Like that somehow lessens the amount of homophobic bull**** you've spewed. It doesn't.

It doesn't matter if it didn't say anything specific. You still laid out justifications for death threats, which is still disgusting.

That's an over-simplification on your part. There were other points that led toward the reversal.

It's not an oversimplification. It's calling you out for what you said point-blank.

Keep digging the hole.

Don't be mad because transgenders are messing up your battle for acceptance.

Transgender people aren't messing up anything for me. I honeslty don't care if old, ignorant bigots like you accept people like me or not. You can keep on bathing in the 1950's; it doesn't matter to me. But I will call you out for your bull****, and I will stand up when anyone else in the LGBT spectrum is being unfairly treated.

I don't approve of death threats, but it's entirely natural that people with daughters would object, often vociferously, to such a policy.

Like the fathers of racists objected to racial integration because all black men are rapists in the eyes of conservatives? Trans women face some of the highest rates of assault and murder and they lack necessary civil rights protections because many conservatives claim that they asked for it by being transgendered.

ATLANTA — In the most recent killing of a transgender woman, her body was found inside an abandoned car, burned beyond recognition. In another case, the woman was pulled from a lake at a Dallas park. And in a third, she was found dead near a golf course, just weeks after she survived a brutal beating that was captured on video.

In the United States this year, at least 18 transgender people — most of them transgender women of color — have been killed in a wave of violence that the American Medical Association has declared an “epidemic.” The killings, which have been reported across the country, have for some prompted a heightened sense of vigilance.

If a man doesn't want to be assaulted, perhaps he should stay out of women's restrooms. Common sense really.

Transgendered women aren't men. Transgdered people have never assaulted anyone in bathrooms.

It was kids. You have some, right?

As far as credibility, LOL! Like that makes a difference here.

Yes, I have a kid. I'd do anything for him. Including raising him to be strong enough not to go to pieces when confronted with differing lifestyles and ideologies.

Soo...yes to excusing death threats, then? I feel like this is a yes or no question.

Yeah...common sense...for those looking to end up in jail. As far as I know, assault is still a crime in America...no matter if you think the person you hit is icky.

All these internet tough guy conservatives advocating for and/or excusing violence...you'd think you'd stumbled into an Antifa rally, or something... ;)

Must be Halloween cause I'm frightened.

I bet there were no death threats just a bunch of overzealous PC police.

I'm sure you can take on this trans man. :lamo

Forcing normal children to use the bathroom where the opposite sex is present is messing with them.

How so?

I don't approve of death threats, but it's entirely natural that people with daughters would object, often vociferously, to such a policy.

Why is that natural?

Forcing children into situations where they use the same bath or locker room with the opposite sex is MESSING with them.

The article never said where the threats came from.

And yes, the gender confused are far from normal. Parents who play into this are abusive.

Nothing is normal... that is your first error. Your entire view is bigoted.

A white person in Kenya is not normal. An astronaut on the moon is not normal. A woman as President is not normal.

A woman as President is not "MESSING" with America...
