Thank you, that connection seems clearer the previous ADL report. The previous article stated that Cruz was a member of a White Supremacist group, but all Jereb said in that article was that he had a brief encounter with Cruz when Cruz was 15 or 16... but not since? I wonder what happened?
That also was from a time when Jereb's mother was alive.
Here is the paragraph, the first sentence and the second sentence don't seem to go together:
The leader of a white nationalist militia called the Republic of Florida said Cruz was a member of his group and participated in exercises in Tallahassee. Jordan Jereb told The Associated Press that he had only a brief interaction a few years ago with Cruz, who came across as “a normal Florida white guy.”
That seems weird, like they are meshing the ADL story and the AP story into one paragraph.
