So here is Fermi's Paradox

  1. There are billions of stars in the Milky Way similar to the Sun.[3][4]
  2. With high probability, some of these stars have Earth-like planets.[5]
  3. Many of these stars, and hence their planets, are much older than the sun.[6][7] If the Earth is typical, some may have developed intelligent life long ago.
  4. Some of these civilizations may have developed interstellar travel, a step humans are investigating now.
  5. Even at the slow pace of currently envisioned interstellar travel, the Milky Way galaxy could be completely traversed in a few million years.[8]
  6. And since many of the stars similar to the Sun are billions of years older, the Earth should have already been visited by extraterrestrial civilizations, or at least their probes.[9]
  7. However, there is no convincing evidence that this has happened.[8]

Why didn't God make aliens? Is it because he's busy dealing with humans?

maybe he just stuck every one on parallel servers

There is no proof there are such a thing as aliens, the question is moot.

its true theirs no proof of aliens but we are the proof intelligent life can exist and we know the raw materials for life as we know it it have been around long enough for a world to evolve intelligent life and gobble up every thing that gravitational bound to it in are local group of Galaxys. finding out if life happens a lot and how often it tends to get advanced or if we are alone is important because its the difference between us Probably going on to colonize every bit of the universe we can get to or are annihilation

baring some advancement in understanding that would make it super attractive no to spread out in the universe and easy to stop any one in you civilization from doing so

After you get through all of that there is still no proof of extraterrestrials.

not after i put it before all the rest the after is why that doesn't matter why it should concern us and drive us to seek out more information on the state of life or its absence beyond earth

Wait, who said he didn't? We just don't know yet. Statistically speaking, and based on our observations that there is nothing particularly unique to our neck of the woods in the universe, and that patterns repeat throughout the universe, there could be a strong chance. You don't even have to believe in any kind of God to come to that conclusion.

Surely he wouldn't make a universe THIS big just to put a few of us on an inconspicuous speck of dust in it. Just seems odd.

It may simply be that humanoid intelligent life is exceedingly rare.

Or maybe the creation is filled with it, but we're so stupid and helpless we can't see or find anything.

thick the paradox is about why we dont see ancient galaxy spanning civilizations that dominate are view of the for most of a billion light ears in all directions

a god planting all life far apart and not to long ago would work as an explanation as to why we dont see that but we cant test for it so its not a reliable explanation

not if any of them have gone into expansion mode with mega structures dissembling your star system for raw materials and power collection would be pretty noticeable if it happened recently enough for the light of that era to reach us

There is no proof, period.

There is no proof, period.

You are correct.

But there are lots of things for which there was no proof, but given the pattern of how things worked, we suspected they were there and we looked and sure enough we found it.

When the periodic table of elements was formulated, there were many elements in there which no one had seen before. But their existence was postulated based on the patterns in the table- and sure enough, they were found later. I believe Germanium was one such element.

Also, based on the pattern of the orbit pattern of Uranus around the sun, the existence of another planet further out from it was predicted. And sure enough, later they found Neptune.

Based on certain patterns in the weak nuclear force, the existence of the Higgs particle was hypothesized back in the 1960s. They only found it in 2012.

This is a recurring theme in science. Yes we don't yet have any solid evidence for the existence of aliens. But based on what we know about the universe and its repeating patterns, there is a strong chance they do. Now they may not look like anything we have even begun to dream of. But chances are they do.

I see a whole bunch of weak assumptions in this, but even if I grant all of them to the fullest extent imaginable, the simple response to #6 is perhaps they (or the people who detected them) don't want us to know they visited.

Perhaps we are simply the first race?

I always found that to be a fun answer :)

There is no proof there are such a thing as aliens, the question is moot.

In that case, we don't have to worry about deporting aliens then

What makes us sure He didn't create "aliens?"

Considering the awesome vastness (understatement) of the universe - where does it say that they have to visit or meet with us,
or make known that they exists?

Could it not be possible that they don't know we are here? That, they think they're alone?

What kind of life form are they? Did God give them intelligence?

Maybe too, we are the only creation.

According to Fermi, who's a lot smarter than either of us, the universe has been around a lot longer than Earth has. Alien peoples would have a billion or two years to develop before we showed up. With that amount of time, they'd be sure to reach us. Or at least emit a signal that could reach us.

Some of these alien civilizations would be so powerful that they would use whole stars as power sources. Encasing the star in a sphere so that all of its energy could be extracted.

Even if he's smarter than either of us......surely, just like us, he's only speculating. Sky's the limit to speculations of the unknown.
Unless science proves otherwise - all we can do is speculate.

There are lots of things that can go side-ways with Fermi's speculation.
It can be possible too, that after all the billion of years of existing ahead of us, the aliens could still be "primitive" compared to us.
That's another thing: why do we have to compare aliens with us?

Furthermore, why does the planet or star they live in have to be "earth-like?"
Why can't we assume it could be something entirely different?

If God can create out of nothing - surely anything can be created anyway He wanted them to be!
Maybe they don't require any water at all, because they're totally unlike earthlings!
Maybe they don't have to breathe oxygen - they don't have to breathe at all?

I mean....when we're talking about the universe (at this point in time), we can imagine anything we want and speculate!

Just imagine the vastness of the universe - if we can even imagine it at all -
how do we know aliens are not abundant at the other end of it (whatever "end" means in a universe that is continuously expanding)!

How do we know God had not set us aside, for His own reason - alone, in this lonely section of the vast universe?

If there are other creations out there - did God make the same covenant with them?
Did they start with an Adam and Eve? Did they need a Saviour?
Are they created spiritually advanced than us? Do they have to deal with temptations, or are they beyond that?

That all depends. They may be living for billions of years, but, were they created with any intelligence at all?
Even if they have intelligence - and even quite superior than us - were they created for a purpose?

Maybe they're so different and quite advanced - they could observe us even without having to physically travel?
Without having to leave the comfort of their planet or star, or moon.

Maybe, earth is created in this lonely section of the universe - for their "observational" purpose?
Like, we are a guinea pig?

Can LIFE be defined in any other way other than how we humans define it?
