If Dr Ford chooses to show up Monday and tell her version if events I will evaluate them and form a conclusion.

No, the FBI didn't say that...Trump did. But then he still thinks the AG should be his personal lawyer.

Ford isn't going to show up unless there is unbiased investigation first. She'd be a fool if she didn't.

The FBI simply said there is no evidence of a federal crime that would allow them to initiate a new investigation.

What is being asked for is a re-opening of the background check for Kavanaugh to look into this new allegation. That can only happen if POTUS orders it, and he's not going to do that (for obvious reasons).

A few things that seem clear to me are that:

• -people who are lying do NOT ASK to have the FBI turned on them to investigate their lives
• -people who are lying do NOT place a witness for the complainant (i.e. Kavanaugh's high school buddy) in the middle of their stories
• -people who are lying DO tend to place favorable/corroborating witnesses in their stories

The above, plus the FACT that we already have DOCUMENTED knowledge that Kavanaugh already PERJURED himself to the Senate Judiciary Committee during his original judicial nomination...back in BOTH of his judicial nomination hearings in 2004 and again in 2006 when he testified that he had no knowledge of the files stolen from Senate Democrats by staffers for the W administration back in 2001 and 2003 (a scandal/crime disclosed by a WSJ investigation), make it clear that Kavanaugh should be disqualified.

Kavanaugh was asked a TOTAL of 111 questions by Senate Democrats about his knowledge of that break-in, and he denied having any knowledge of it every time.

But emails released before the current confirmation PROVE that Kavanaugh actually was deeply involved in that incident......and that he LIED every time he denied it during his confirmation hearings of 2004 and 2006.

So, not only is he morally and ethically DISQUALIFIED from a promotion to the USSC, but he SHOULD also be impeached from the federal bench, altogether.
