FBI Director needs to resign over Kavanaugh's attempted rape

The FBI investigates federal crimes. Sexual assault and rape are not federal crimes. Why didn't she report this to the proper jurisdiction where it could be investigated?

Apparently no one saw fit to bring this matter before the proper authorities. The first Senator, Eshoo, who for some reason received a letter addressed to Feinstein (why?), Feinstein herself. Ford over the past 35 years. The FBI took a quick glance and rightly said not our problem. Then, 2 days after times up. Everybody suddenly wakes up, and we need a delay and another delay.

This is about as shallow as it gets. It's telling that all these people, Professors and Senators could not create a better story with better timing. And now a new even more baseless story by a less believable "victim" and worse timing.

If Feinstein, who was sitting at the hearing table, would have brought the allegation up at that time, it might have been worth investigating. She didn't.

That wold remain to be seen.

The woman has been given many chances to testify, but she has declined each and every one.

What makes you think she wouldn't do the same with the FBI?

She isn't declining to testify. In fact, she is going on Thursday.

Jimbo, if that were true, why did the FBI investigate in the Clarence Thomas incident?

Since the assaults are unreported, I'd be curious how this number is calculated. Particularly so specific. Why not 315 or 295?

Then whose definition of assault are we using?
The following is from the link I provided...evidently, you didn't take the time to read it through.

Sexual violence is notoriously difficult to measure, and there is no single source of data that provides a complete picture of the crime. On RAINN’s website, we have tried to select the most reliable source of statistics for each topic. The primary data source we use is the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS), which is an annual study conducted by the Justice Department. To conduct NCVS, researchers interview tens of thousands of Americans each year to learn about crimes that they’ve experienced. Based on those interviews, the study provides estimates of the total number of crimes, including those that were not reported to police. While NCVS has a number of limitations (most importantly, children under age 12 are not included), overall, it is the most reliable source of crime statistics in the U.S.
We have also relied on other Justice Department studies, as well as data from the Department of Health and Human Services and other government and academic sources. When assembling these statistics, we have generally retained the wording used by the authors. Statistics are presented for educational purposes only. Each statistic includes a footnote citation for the original source, where you can find information about the methodology and a definition of terms.

Jimbo, if that were true, why did the FBI investigate in the Clarence Thomas incident?

Thomas was a while ago, and I don't remember all the details, but if I remember correctly, Hill was well known as Thomas' employee, and was interviewed several times before and during the hearing. Hill's testimony was on the table. Somebody, I don't remember it was the FBI or some committee looked into the issue and found no case. It was only after this finding that the hearing was adjourned that the vote was taken.

I've stated elsewhere that my main issue is the timing. This was all kept secret by Feinstein until it should have been too late. Ford never bothered to puck up her phone and say hold on here. Eshoo (sp) never spoke up. If they had, I would say she deserved to be heard.

Since the FBI is not going to investigate the Kavanaugh attempted rape with Dr Ford. Therefore, the FBI Director needs to resign because he is a member of the Deep State. The conservatives are in control of the Deep State and we are seeing how it is conducted. We need a fair investigation.

maybe the FBI should be sanctioned for filling to find the hundreds of women Kavanaugh allegedly screwed, blued and tattooed in HS like the hateful harpies and their scumbag POS claim exist

The FBI would normally investigate any new allegations as part of its background check. And it won't be a considered a complete and thorough back ground check if they don't.

I think Prof. Ford just wants an unbiased investigation to verify her story rather than an inquisition of all white privileged men who have already made up their minds before she even testifies.

what about all the hysterical privileged minorities like the idiot from Hawaii and Spartacus -who claimed they weren't going to vote for the man before they attended the hearing.

this delay delay delay so more minions can be programmed to come up with bogus claims about the man is patently obvious and disgusting

I read the article. But again:

So why not 896?

The fact is it's impossible to come up with any number based on unreported incidents. I'm positive that rape and/or harassment happens. I'm positive that some doesn't get reported. I'm just as sure that some that didn't happen got reported.

Are you really, really trying to argue that people don't not report rape or sexual assault? Really? So explain, why didn't Bill Cosby's accusers come forward before?

You admit more FBI incompetence.

That book was public knowledge and they completely missed it.

Why do you want those same people to investigate this?

I believe that Brett failed to be truthful about questions about his school days. The FBI did not explore that period in his life because he told them he was a "choir boy". That is why he doesn't want the FBI to reopen his background check and have to answer questions about why he lied to the FBI. Remember, Brett is a confirmed liar already. That is part of what Trump likes about him. Liars are easily compromised and totally unfit to serve on the SC. He should also be impeached from his job as Federal Judge for the same reason.

Newly released emails show that while he was working to move through President George W. Bush’s judicial nominees in the early 2000s, Kavanaugh received confidential memos, letters, and talking points of Democratic staffers stolen by GOP Senate aide Manuel Miranda. That includes research and talking points Miranda stole from the Senate server after I had written them for the Senate Judiciary Committee as the chief counsel for nominations for the minority.
Receiving those memos and letters alone is not an impeachable offense.
No, Kavanaugh should be removed because he was repeatedly asked under oath as part of his 2004 and 2006 confirmation hearings for his position on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit about whether he had received such information from Miranda, and each time he falsely denied it.

Can you name any information that Ford has supplied that can be independently verified?

I don't know since Mark Judge has not been subpoenaed and asked about the matter under oath.

She isn't declining to testify. In fact, she is going on Thursday.

She has declined many times in many places.

We will see if she actually goes on Thursday.

What excuse will you use for her if she doesn't go tomorrow?
